摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin having beautiful pealescent luster and excellent impact resistance and hinge characteristics, by mixing a stylene/butadiene block copolymer and crystalline polypropylene in a specified ratio and molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A stylene/butadiene block copolymer having a butadiene content of 10-35wt% is mixed with crystalline polypropylene in such a proportion that the content of the stylene/butadiene block copolymer becomes 25-95wt%. As the block form of said styrene/butadiene block copolymer, a block form expressed by formulaI[where S is a polymer block composed wholly or mainly of styrene; B is polymer block composed wholly or mainly of butadiene; n is 1-5; Y is the number (>=3) of functional groups of a polyfunctional coupling agent used for a star polymer]is preferred. A block form represented by a star polymer of formula II is particularly preferred.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet also satisfying transparency and recycle properties in addition to oil resistance and gas barrier properties by laminating a surface layer composed of a polyester resin derived from cyclohexane dimethanol to the single surface or both surfaces of a base material layer composed of a styrenic resin without interposing an adhesive layer to form a multilayered structure. CONSTITUTION:A base material layer is formed from a compsn. prepared by adding 10 pts.wt. or less of a hydrogenated petroleum resin to 100 pts.wt. of a styrenic resin and a surface layer of a polyester resin derived from cyclohexane dimethanol is laminated to the single surface or both surfaces of the base material layer so that the thickness ratio of the surface layer to the base material layer becomes 0.1-50%. This laminated sheet is produced by extruding the base material layer and the surface layer in a molten state using different extruders to laminate them by a feed block and forming the obtained laminate into a film by a flat die or laminating both layers and forming the laminate into a film using a multi-die.

It is preferable to add 1-5wt% of a methanol-soluble component such as an internal lubricant (e.g. liquid paraffin) to improve the tensile elongation, etc.

The components (A), (B) and (C) are incorporated to give 0.3-15pts.wt. total amount thereof. It scarcely gels at a molding temperature of as high as about 230 deg.C.
