摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which can give a molding having a low warpage and improved strength and rigidity by mixing a broken mineral fiber of a specified aspect ratio with a composition based on a polycarbonate resin and an inorganic fiber. In order to further improve the antistatic property of a molding of the polycarbonate resin composition, the composition of the inorganic fiber is 10-50wt.% carbon fiber, 10-80wt.% glass fiber and 10-80wt.% broken mineral fiber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a styrenic resin having transparency, an excellent balance among strengths, especially a balance between impact resistance and rigidity. SOLUTION: In a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin composed of a continuous matrix resin and a rubbery component dispersed therein in the form of particles, the structural unit of the continuous matrix is obtained by copolymerizing 10-80wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer with 20-90wt.% alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer with a 1 or 2C alkyl. The rubbery component should be used in an amount of 3-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. matrix resin and should be dispersed in the matrix in the form of particles having a mean particle diameter (D) of 0.2-2μm. The rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin should contain 0.001 to below 0.01wt.% organopolysiloxane compound having a viscosity of 10-2,000cSt at 25 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain the subject high-molecular and high-strength resin by carrying out polymerization of a styrene-based monomer, etc., in a complete mixing and stirred type polymerization vessel and a plug flow type reactor in multistage under specific conditions, then adding a solvent thereto and subsequently performing flash type volatilizing treatment. CONSTITUTION:A complete mixing and stirred type polymerization vessel and a plug flow type reactor are used to carry out continuous bulk polymerization of a raw material containing a styrene-based monomer. In the process, an organic peroxide as a polymerization initiator is added into the raw material and polymerization is performed to 35-55% conversion rate in the complete mixing and stirred type polymerization vessel in the former stage. Thereby, a polymer having 1.4-2.0 reduced viscosity is produced. In the latter stage, polymerization is carried out to 50-90% conversion rate under conditions of 100-140 deg.C temperature in the plug flow type reactor. To the resultant polymerization solution, is added >=10% solvent. The obtained solution is then subjected to volatilizing treatment by a flash type volatilizing method constructed from a heating step and a vapor-liquid separating step following the heating step. In the process, the objective styrene-based resin is obtained by performing the volatilizing treatment without producing low-molecular polymers.
