摘要： PURPOSE:To treat waste liquid of alkali descaling and waste liquid of NOX cleaning with one system and to reduce the cost of the treatment by connecting a receiving tank for the waste liquid of alkali descaling, receiving tank for the waste liquid of NOX cleaning and acid supplying tank for pH adjustment to a reaction vessel and mounting a heat exchanger to the reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION:The receiving tank 2 for the waste liquid of alkali descaling contg. hexavalent chromium and having a high concn., the receiving tank 3 for the waste liquid of NOX cleaning generated in a pickling state and the acid supply tanks 4, 5 for pH adjustment are connected to the reaction vessel 1. The heat exchanger 6 for adjusting the temp. of the liquid to be treated is mounted to the reaction vessel 1. The waste liquid of NOX cleaning generated in the pickling stage of stainless steel, etc., is effectively utilized and the hexavalent chromium in the waste liquid of alkali descaling cleaning is stably reduced with good workability according to the above-mentioned equipment; in addition, the treatment of both waste liquids with the single system is realized. The cost of the waste liquid treatment in a plant for producing cold rolled stainless steel sheets, etc., is additionally reduced.
