      CONSTITUTION: A parking sensor 48 operates, accompanying the movement in the axial direction of a lever 49 of a parking brake equipment, and it turns off when the lever 49 is pulled. When the parking brake is pulled, a signal from a parking sensor 48, which is linked with the parking brake, is sent to a controller 28. Then, a claw of a hinge 40, which is pivotally supported at the middle of a base 23, is engaged with one recessed part of a striker 38, which is installed at the bottom surface 27 of the seat 18. Thus, the vertical position of the seat 18 is held at the predetermined position. As a result, even when the driver is off the seat 18, since neither air pressure in a cylinder 42 nor the force of a spring coil 20 pushes up the seat 18, the height of the seat 18 can be kept as it is.
