摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient strength by exactly mixing a grout with soil by a method in which the first pressure-holding valve is provided for a high- pressure supply path for one material and a mixing section for the other material to be supplied under low pressures is provided on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:Different materials are independently supplied, mixed together, and injected from an injection port on the tip of an injection tube into the ground. Hereupon, the first pressure-holding valve 41 is provided for a high- pressure supply path for one material to be supplied under high pressures, and a mixing section to mix the material with the other material to be supplied under low pressures is provided for a place near the downstream side. The second pressure-holding valve 42 is also provided for the downstream side. The pressure when mixing them is controlled to one above the atmospheric pressure. Grouts having different supplying pressures can thus be exactly mixed for reaction and injected into the ground.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit stable injection of a hardener to be performed by a method in which a carbonic acid solution level meter is provided to an enclosed reactor tower to control the supply amount of the solution to the reactor tower, and an internal pressure gauge is provided to the enclosed reactor tower to control the solubility of CO2 gas in the carbonic acid solution. CONSTITUTION:Water 4 is allowed to flow down from the nozzle 10 of an enclosed reactor tower 3, CO2 gas in a bomb 2 is charged into the tower 3 through a flow rate regulative valve 8, and the carbonated water so obtained is directed into an injecting pump 6. A carbonated water level meter 13 is provided to the lower part of the tower 3, and a water flow rate regulative valve 12 is operated on the basis of the signal from the meter 13 to control the supply amount of the water to the tower 3. An internal pressure gauge 15 is also provided to the tower 3, and on the basis of the signal from the gauge 15, the valve 8 is operated to control the solubility of CO2 gas in the carbonated water. The level of the carbonated water and the solubility of CO2 can thus be kept constant, permitting stable injection operation of the hardener to be performed.

The concm. of sodium silicate is instantly controlled by switching part of the sodium silicate soln. 16 to water during injection in response to conditions of the ground.

After completion of this injection, the injection pipe 1 is stepped up, and while injection is shifted to a grout of short gel time, step-up is carried out, and in the position the same injection work is repeated.

CONSTITUTION:A refrigerator 2 serving as a liquefied condition holding means, a pressure holding valve 4 and a pump 3 are arranged in a supply passage CO2 led from a liquefied carbon dioxide source 1. Then, water is fed from a water tank 6 so as to be merged with and is made into contact with liquefied carbon dioxide so as to obtain carbonated water CW at a first merging point 5. Further, water glass NS is led by a pump 10 from a tank 9 so as to be merged with and made into contact with the carbonated water at a second merging point 8 so as to obtain a grout G which is then injected into the ground through an injection pipe 11 having therein a pressure holding valve 12. With this arrangement, the merging and mixing between the liquids may be stabilized, and the ground improving device may be made to be compact.

Further, thus obtained carbonated water is mixed with water glass NS press-fed by a pump 6C in an injection pipe 1, and thus obtained mixture is injected into the ground. With this arrangement, it is possible to hold the concentration of the carbonated water during a certain time elapse.

It cures in the ground to stabilize the ground. During the process, a part of said soln. is adequately switched to water from a water tank 11 and, if necessary, the water is switched to the soln. in response to conditions of the ground. It is possible to instantly change gelling time and solidify the stable ground.
