CONSTITUTION:A flash setting grout G is injected through an injection pipe 1, and a packer or primary injection is formed around the injection pipe 1. Next, a shifting period grout Gm is injected to complement the flash setting grout G. Then, a slow setting grout Gl is injected to carry out permeation injection. After completion of this injection, the injection pipe 1 is stepped up, and while injection is shifted to a grout of short gel time, step-up is carried out, and in the position the same injection work is repeated.

A differential valve 12 fitted into a path 7 leading to the inner tube 2 is pushed by pressure liquids and goes down against a spring 11 to close a path 13, the differential valve is stopped, the path 7 leading to one liquid pathway 2a is connected to a path 10, a clearance nozzle 9 is led to a clearance nozzle 14 by the path 5 or path 15, and both liquids from both the clearance nozzles are injected toward the mixing injection chamber 8, joined and mixed there by collision, and injected diffusively into the circumferential area of the double tube.

Then, a low-pressure grout B is discharged from a discharge port 23a through the aperture as a low-pressure grout pathway between the inner tube 10 and the outer tube 20, whereupon the low- pressure grout B flows with the high-pressure grout A and is exactly permeated under pressures into the ground along waterways formed by the high-pressure grout.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a grout injection system by a method in which each liquid of a two-component curable grout is sent to the first flowpath in an outer tube and the second flowpath with a spool valve in an inner tube, joined in an annular mixing chamber, and then injected into the surrounding ground while being mixed. CONSTITUTION:A first flowpath P1 is formed between outer tubes 22A-22C of a tip device 6 connected to an injection tube body 4 and an inner tube 26, and also a second flowpath P2 is formed in the inner tube 26. When excavating a hole underground, boring is made by jetting a boring water W from a nozzle 10 through a check valve 28, the first flowpath p1, the spool valve 42, and a check valve 36. Also, when improving the ground, the first liquid G1 is sent under pressure to the first flowpath P1 and the second liquid G2 is sent to the second flowpath P2, whereupon the spool valve 42 is pushed down by the second liquid G2 and the liquid G2 is discharged from a discharge port 46 and at the same time a shutter 42B is moved downwards from an injection port 12 to form an annular mixing chamber 48. Then, the first and second liquids G1 and G2 are joined there and mixed, and the mixed liquid is injected from the injection port 12 into the surrounding groud.

Also, the liquids are injected toward the mixing injection chamber 7a by clearance nozzles 14a and 16a connected to the chamber 20 and path 5, jointed and mixed together there by collision, and injected downwardly in the form of a filmy jet stream.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at stabilizing the merging and mixing between carbonated water which is obtained by mixing liquefied carbon dioxide with water and water glass which reacts with the carbonated water, and at making a ground improving device compact by merging the carbonated water with and making the same contact with the water glass while they being injected into the ground. Then, water is fed from a water tank 6 so as to be merged with and is made into contact with liquefied carbon dioxide so as to obtain carbonated water CW at a first merging point 5. Further, water glass NS is led by a pump 10 from a tank 9 so as to be merged with and made into contact with the carbonated water at a second merging point 8 so as to obtain a grout G which is then injected into the ground through an injection pipe 11 having therein a pressure holding valve 12. With this arrangement, the merging and mixing between the liquids may be stabilized, and the ground improving device may be made to be compact.

Further, thus obtained carbonated water is mixed with water glass NS press-fed by a pump 6C in an injection pipe 1, and thus obtained mixture is injected into the ground. With this arrangement, it is possible to hold the concentration of the carbonated water during a certain time elapse.
