    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a frictional resistance against a webbing guide through usage for a long period of time by installing a range of low-friction strings sewn along the longitudinal direction on the surface of a webbing so as to be dispersively projected. SOLUTION: Low-friction stings 31, which are sewn into a webbing 21 and dispersively projected onto the surface of a webbing body 22, directly come into contact with a sliding surface 24a of a through anchor 24, and thereby its frictional resistance with this through another 24 is reduced. At this time, since the extent of frequency that the webbing body 22 is directly contacted with the sliding surface 24a of the through another 24 is considerably abated, the low-rubbing strings 31 are able to bring its frictional resistance decrement effect into full play. In brief, the webbing 21 is manufactured by a simple manufacturing process that plural lines of low-friction stings 31 are merely sewn along the longitudinal direction so as to be dispersively projected onto the surface of the webbing body, whereby the frictional resistance again the through anchor 24 is reduced through a long period use.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a required winding/drawing-out force independently of a dimension or the like of each winding spring, by obtaining the appropriate winding/drawing-out force at a set winding amount by pre-winding the winding spring with a torque measured. SOLUTION: An outer end of a winding spring 30 is fixed to an upper case 7 so as not to be rotated, and then, the upper case 7 is fixed into a wall member 20 so as not to be rotated. Next, a lower cover 5 is built in the upper case 7, while a retainer 6 is built in so as to lock an inner end of the winding spring 30. Then, a shaft 22 is engaged with the retainer 6. When a motor 21 rotates the shaft 22 so as to pre-wind the winding spring 30, a torque is detected by a torque sensor 23 provided between the motor 21 and the retainer 6. The motor 21 is driven as an adjusting device 25 adjusts such that the detected torque gets equal to a target torque. At the same time, the motor 21 rotates the shaft 22 so as to pre-wind the winding spring 30 through the retainer 6. Accordingly, a feedback operation is performed wholly.

In a webbing guide part 4 in the insert metal fitting 1, a plurality of through holes 5, preventing deflection, which is generated because of a thermal expansion coefficient difference between the insert metal fitting 1 and the resin coating member 2 in a blanking process, of the resin coating member 2 are bored scatteredly in the surface of the insert metal fitting 1.
