    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect even the level change of various fluid accompanying friction resistance, by constituting the titled sensor so that the change in the pressure of a fluid is applied to one of vibration nodes of a piezoelectric vibrator as concn. load through a flexible member and a pressure transmitting member. CONSTITUTION:The outside vibration node B of a piezoelectric vibrator 2 is fixed to the step part 4 of a case 1 by an adhesive to be supported thereby and, next, a flexible member 5 is mounted to the upper surface of said vibrator 2 through a pressure transmitting member 9 and a plate body 8 and an outer peripheral mount part 6 is connected to the upper end of the case 1. The pressure of the fluid is received through the flexible member 5 forming a required gap 7 between said flexible member 5 and the vibrator 2 without contacting the fluid to be subjected to level detection such as a particulate or a fluid with the piezoelectric vibrator 2 and the pressure of the fluid is applied to the inside vibration node A of the piezoelectric vibrator 2 as conc. load by the plate body 8 and the pressure transmitting member 9. By this constitution, stable and certain fluid level detecting operation can be achieved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the possibility of erroneous input due to the touch of a hand by forming an insulating projection protrusively between electrodes in the parallel line shape electrode group of an electrode plate on one side. CONSTITUTION:On the plane on one side of flexible insulating sheets 1 and 6, a pair of electrode plates having the parallel line shape electrode groups 2 and 7 and a resistor connected to each end part of the parallel line shape electrode groups 2 and 7 are provided, and at least either the electrode plates is constituted so as to provide the insulating projection 4 formed protrusively between the electrodes of the parallel line shape electrode groups 2 and 7. And a device is constituted in such a way that both electrode plates are arranged so as to confront the parallel line shape electrode groups 2 and 7 of both electrode plates with each other in a direction to intersect orthogonally by interposing or without interposing a pressure sensitive type anisotropic conductive rubber sheet 5. In such a way, it is possible to solve the problem of the erroneous input due to the touch of the hand and to obtain superior reliability as securing high resolution.
