摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a tabular body with a wide area in which extruded shapes are firmly tied and integrated without play. SOLUTION: A fitting part 20 and a socket 30 for the fitting part 30 are integrally formed by an extrusion process at both side ends of an extruded shapes 10R, 10L. A fixing tongue 23 of the fitting part 20 is fitted in a fitting groove 33 of the socket 30 and the right side extruded shape 10L is turned around the rotary center C. A fixing piece 25 is pressed by a fixing receive piece 35 and elastically deformed, and a fitting projection 26 is fitted in a trapezoidal fitting recess 36 at the position where the projection has gotton over a slide face 39. Since the fitting projection 26 is pressed-in a trapezoidal fitting recess 36 by the elastic restoring fore of the fixing piece 25, the right and left extruded shapes 10R, 10L are firmly united by the taper fitting.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an extruded shape with the fluctuation in wall thickness further suppressed by canceling the fluctuation in the extrusion force and the container sealing force, and maintaining the force applied to a die to be constant. SOLUTION: The extruded shape is manufactured by using an extrusion die provided with a mechanism to insert the die 10 in a recessed part 21 for holding the die provided in a holder 20, to face the die to a baffle plate 30, and to apply the pressure to the die in the circumferential direction of the die 10 via the holder 20. The pressure applied to the die 10 is controlled according to the fluctuation in wall thickness of the extruded shape so that a gap in a shape-forming space 11 provided in the die 10 is constant during the extrusion. The pressing mechanism employs the system the controlling the press-in quantity of a pressure adjusting rod 24 according to the fluctuation in wall thickness of the extruded shape by pressing a tip of a leg part of the pressure adjusting rod 24 inserted in a through hole 23 extending from the outer circumference of the holder 20 to the recessed part 21 for holding the die to the circumference of the die 10.
