    • PURPOSE: To reduce the risk of rupture of a container and maintain a distance between an igniting charge and an ignitor by forming an igniting charge storing projected part on the end surface of a cylindrical pack of a cylindrical member, fitting a heat transfer member pressed on an end plate part on the other side by an energizing member closely onto the projected part, and integrally forming a spring part on the end plate side located on the other side of the close-fitted part.
