摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system in which seawater for cooling is not required and contamination on a heat-transfer surface of a cooler caused by marine organism is eliminated, by cooling a precooler by an indirect heat exchange method and an aftercooler by a direct injection method. SOLUTION: Boil-off gas is pressurized and compressed by a compressor 2 after it is cooled (indirect heat exchange) in a precooler 1 using a part of LNG gas sent to an LNG carburetor 4 by a high pressure pump 5 for gas feeding. The boil-off gas compressed and heated to a high temperature is cooled in an aftercooler 3 using a part of LNG gas sent by the high-pressure pump 5 for gas feeding. Cooling in the aftercooler 3 is carried out by directly injecting LNG on to the boil-off gas flowing in the cooler. LNG gasficated in the precooler 1 by indirect heat exchange is also injected and cooled. The injected LNG is sent with gas gasficated in the LNG carburetor 4 by a feed gas line after gasficating and mixing it with the boil-off gas, and used for fuel for power generation.

SOLUTION: A foam collecting weir 1 collects foam floating on the water surface of the channel 12. A water turbine 2 is provided on the water surface. The water turbine 2 is driven by using the water flow of a discharge channel. The torque of the water turbine 2 by the water flow is transferred through a gear box 3, a shaft 4a, speed increasing gear 5 and a shaft 4b to a blade in a defoaming structure 6. The foam collected by the collecting weir 1 is brought into contact with the rotating blade in the defoaming structure 6 to be broken and deformed. Thus, the foam collected by the collecting weir 1 is defoamed by the defoaming structure 6 without using steam, air and electricity.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover cold heat with a simplified construction as well as assemble a title apparatus in an installation in operation by directly mounting a heat exchanger with a brine in a low temperature liquefied gas piping in a base station. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 4 with a brine is directly mounted on an LNG piping 1 in a base station, and the heat exchanger 4 comprises halved brine tubes 4a, 4b substantially halved circumferentially being a brine flow passage. The halved brine tubes 4a, 4b are brought into close contact with the outer periphery of the piping 1 by mutually tightening flanges 43 with bolts and nuts 44. In this situation, a refrigerated warehouse B is cooled and refrigerated, and the brine raised in its temperature reaches the heat exchanger 4 through a piping 10 and flows between the outer cylinder 41 and inner cylinder 42 of the halved brine tubes 4a, 4b for its cooling by the LNG flowing in the LNG piping 1. The brine so cooled flows through a piping 5, a brine drum 6, and a piping 7 for its use in circulation in cooling and refrigeration of a refrigeration warehouse B by a brine pump 8 and a piping 9.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive enhanced performance by providing a truck which runs along an intake conduit and runs transversally, a flexible water-supply pipe having a suction opening provided with a rotary cutter on the lower end and a water supply means and a shell fish separating means. SOLUTION: A suction opening 4 is laid out on the most downstream of a shellfish accumulated area where a rotary cutter is turned, thereby scraping up shellfishes. Then, the shellfishes scraped with the cutter are loaded on a transverse truck 1 together with the sea water during this work by a water supply means where the shellfishes are separated and collected with a shellfish separation means 10. Then, while the opening area 4 is being run transversely by means of the truck 1 in the crosswise direction of the head race, the shell fishes are eliminated in continuous mode by running in the upstream side along the bottom shape of the head race with a traveling truck 2. As an occasion demands, a streamlined cover 9 is provided around the opening area 4 and the rotary cutter, thereby removing the shellfishes suckingly with the flow of the sea water without scattering the shellfishes. This construction makes it possible to remove the shellfishes efficiently and definitely.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power of an apparatus in an ordinary operation and a low operation ratio by a method wherein when nitrogen gas of a required pressure is obtained with a pressure swing type gas separator, a nitrogen gas compressor is provided in a downstream side of the gas separator. Nitrogen gas to be manufactured with the gas separator 3 passes through a piping 4 to be pressurized up to a necessary pressure with a nitrogen gas compressor 5, and is supplied to a nitrogen gas tank 7 via a piping 6. Instead of controlling a capacity of the air compressor 1 to a minimum limit of a pressure wherein the PSA system gas separator 3 can efficiently separate gas, a capacity of the nitrogen gas compressor 5 is raised to achieve a specific capacity, and the nitrogen gas compressor 5 is stopped in standby operation. An operation cost can be controlled by reducing power of the compressor.

The boil-off gas compressed and heated to a high temperature is cooled in an aftercooler 3 by using a part of LNG sent by the high pressure pump 5 for gas feeding. Cooling in the aftercooler 3 is the one by an indirect heat exchange method as in the case of the precooler. Indirect heat exchange is carried out in the precooler 1 and the aftercooler 3, and gasficated LNG is injected and also cooled. Injected LNG is sent with the gas gasficated in the carburetor 4 by a gas feed line after gasficating and mixing it with the boil-off gas, and is used for fuel for power generation.

SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a heating value detecting device 15 for detecting a heating value of LNG evaporating gas supplied to a facility utilizing LNG, a cooler 10 which ejects an LNG droplet in a heated boil-off gas flow toward the direction thereof so as to cool boil-off gas, an injection quantity regulating valve 14 for regulating the injection quantity of the LNG droplet, a temperature detector 12 for detecting the boil-off gas temperature after boil-off gas is cooled, and a control device 16 which sets the target cooling temperature of the boil-off gas based on a result detected by the heating value detecting device, controls the injection quantity regulating valve so as to set the temperature detected by the temperature detector to the quantity cooling temperature and approximates the heating value of boil-off gas per actual volume to the heating value of the LNG evaporating gas.
