摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance of the material described in the title so as to prevent the contamination of electrolytic bath, by constituting anode and electroconductive material with a material of a specific composition contg. CONSTITUTION:Anodic materials 3, 4 supported by electroconductive materials 5, 6 are installed face to face on the upper and lower sides of hoop 2 traveling in an electroplating tank 1. The anodic materials 3, 4 and the electroconductive materials 5, 6 are set at positions lower than the surface 7 of the plating soln. The anodic materials 3, 4 and the electroconductive material 5, 6 are composed of >=88% SnO2, >=0.2% Sb2O3, >=0.5% CeO2, and one or more members of CuO, ZnO, the sum of Sb2O3, CeO2, CuO, ZnO being not smaller than 12%. The material is sintered to a porosity not larger than 5%.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the multi-ply plated steel sheet excellent in workability, corrosion resistance and water-resistant adhesion by plating the surface of a steel sheet with a Zn-Fe-Cr alloy in double layers and further forming an electrolytic chromate layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:Calcium chromate of 10-70g/l by CrO3 conversion is contained in a treating solution, and alumina sol stabilized with acetic acid ions is contained by 25-75% of content of CrO3 conversion of the calcium chromate in solid content. Further, reducing organic compound is contained by 10-40% of CrO3 conversion of the calcium chromate and adjusted. The surface of an electromagnetic steel plate is coated with this solution by 0.5-4g/m of dry weight, and baked at 200-400 deg.C. Thus, an inorganic series insulating film having excellent heat resistance can be obtained on the surface of the plate.

摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently electrolyze and remove the metal sticking to a conductor roll by providing a reference electrode and electrode for reverse electrolysis in proximity to the roll in a plating liquid and operating the electrode for reverse electrolysis by the potential difference between the roll and the reference electrode. CONSTITUTION:The reference electrode 21 and the electrode 23 for reverse electrolysis are provided in proximity to the conductor roll 5 in the plating liquid 3 and are respectively enclosed by insulating covers 22, 24. The electrodes are then moved back and forth in the barrel length direction of the roll 5 via a pedestal fitting 29. The potential difference between the electrode 21 and the roll 5 is measured by a potential difference measuring instrument 25 and is fed via a potential difference recorder 22 to an arithmetic unit 27 in this constitution. The plating metal sticking to the surface of the roll 5 is electrolyzed and removed via the electrode 23 for reverse electrolysis by an output converter 28 until the potential of the roll 5 drops to a prescribed voltage when the plating metal sticking to the entire surface of the roll 5 is detected by the arithmetic unit 27. The metal sticking to the conductor roll 5 is thereby removed without flawing the surface of the roll.
