    • PURPOSE:To allow preservation over a long period of time and to improve density and corrosion resistance by constituting the above refractories of a wet refractory compsn. part which is preliminarily kneaded with moisture of a part of the moisture content for application and a soln. part contg. the moisture of the remaining part and a binder part. CONSTITUTION:The wet refractory compsn. part is obtd. by preliminarily kneading 95 to 70 pts.wt. (hereafter pts.) refractory aggregate (e.g.: electromelting alumina, 5 to 30 parts refractory superfine powder (e.g.: fine powder silica) having =2 kinds of dispersants selected form alkaline metal phosphate and alkaline metal polyphosphate, and 0.01 to 1 pt. one or >=2 kinds of wetting agents selected from polymer nonionic activators composed of polyoxyethylene glycol and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol ether component with the moisture of 1/5 to 3/4 moisture content for application. The soln. part is obtd. by dissolving 1 to 50wt.% binder (e.g.: sodium silicate) with the water of the remaining part of the moisture content for application. The above-mentioned compsn. part is force fed to a spraying gun and is sprayed by the spraying nozzle while the above-mentioned soln. part is added thereto.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently add and mix a hardener (binder) to and with a wet material, to eliminate the splashing and sagging of a spray material at the front end of a nozzle and to execute good spraying. SOLUTION: This spray nozzle has a spray pipe 2 which is disposed at a front part, a material pipe 3 which is successively disposed therewith, an air pipe 5 for material blow-off which is disposed slidably in a longitudinal direction, a binder adding pipe 7 which is connected to the side part of the air pipe for material blow-off, an outside cylinder 8 for outer peripheral air which is disposed at the outer periphery of the front end of the spray pipe, is sealed at the rear end is connected to a hose 14 for outer peripheral air and a compressed air introducing pipe 10 which is connected to the air pipe for material flow-off and the rear end of the hose for the outer peripheral air connected to the outside cylinder for the outer peripheral air and is communicated to a compressed air supply source. The spray nozzle has valves 15, 16, 17 for regulating respective flow rates at the suitable points of the air pipe for martial blow-off, the binder adding pipe and the hose for the outer peripheral air.
