摘要： PURPOSE: To provide fine powder of >=6000 in plane specific surface area by classifying the pulverized feed formed by pulverizing the feed to the plane specific surface area of 4300 to 800 cm /g, then capturing the resultant classified fine powder in a capturing stage. CONSTITUTION: The pulverized feed formed to the plane specific surface area of 4300 to 800 cm /g is charged into a classifying machine 3 by a screw feeder 2. The classified fine powder classified by the pneumatic classifying machine 3 having a rotor rotated by a motor 14 is introduced by a conduit 12 into a cyclone 5. The fine powder of the plane specific surface area of 600 to 12000 cm /g is primarily captured by this cyclone 5. The primarily captured fine powder is discharged and recovered from the cyclone 5 by opening a rotary valve 6. On the other hand, the classified coarse powder classified by the classifying machine 3 is discharged through a coarse powder discharge pipe 13 by opening a rotary valve 4.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a classification efficiency of powder and to improve the yield of fine powder by adding an amt. of classification additive controlled basing on a degree of classification of a powdery body measured immediately before classification to the powdery body, then performing the classification of the powdery body. CONSTITUTION:A feed for classification mixed in a mixing apparatus 1 is classified in a classifying apparatus 2 having a high performance, providing a final product by collecting fine powder in a collector 4, and circulating coarse powder after repulverizing it in a pulverizer 3 through the classifying system, wherein a part of the feed for the classification is sampled just before the classifying apparatus 2 and transported to a dispersion degree measuring device 10. Data of classification yield and particle size distribution measured on fine powder and coarse powder obtd. after a practical classification in the classifying apparatus 2 are inputted into the dispersion degree measuring device 10, and signals are outputted to a solenoid valve 5 for controlling the amt. of a classification additive together with the data concerning the degree of dispersion measured in the measuring device 10. Thus, the amt. of the classification additive is controlled so as to provide an optimum amt.

摘要： PURPOSE:To inhibit flocculation and to enhance efficiency of classification by adding a classification auxiliary formed with fluid having polarity to powder to be classified in a preliminary treating process and then classifying the powder in a main process. CONSTITUTION:Powder to be classified such as vitreous blast furnace slag is added with a classification auxiliary formed with fluid having polarity such as alcohols and a preliminary treating process is performed therefor. Then the powder subjected to the preliminary treating process is classified with a classifier such as an air classification system. When such classification auxiliary is used, formation of flocculent particles is inhibited and efficiency of classification is enhanced. The optimum loading of the classification auxiliary is about 0.10wt.%.
