摘要： PURPOSE:To permit safe and easy operation in the stage of opening a door frame in repair, etc. by forming a sliding plate brick in such a way as to act simultaneously to compress and hold springs for pressing the same to a stationary plat e brick. CONSTITUTION:An inside frame 14 brings a sliding plate brick 16 into surface contact with a stationary plate brick 4 to press and hold both bricks by the spring force of springs 15 while a door frame 13 is kept closed with respect to the annular member 9 of a stationary frame 5. Dogs 19 provided at plural points on the outside circumference of the frame 13 support the pressing reaction of the springs 15 and hold the frame 13 closed. If a pair of projecting pieces 26a, 26b positioned in the annular inside circumferential part of the frame 13 are jacked in the two positions symmetrical with a center 28 of rotation to compress the springs 15 distributed over the entire circumference with good balance, the dogs 19 can be lightly removed by hand and the door is smoothly opened by means of a hinge 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the work to be done readily without requiring any spare set at the exchanging and maintenance of bricks by fixing a slide palte metal to the rotor provided by way of a bearing to the outside circumference of the stationary plate brick of the rotary nozzle, openably by way of hinges like a door. CONSTITUTION:The through-hole 24' of the same diameter communicating with the through-hole 23' of a brick 23 is provided to the stationary plate brick 24 disposed to the lower part of the upper nozzle brick 23 for the bottom pouring hole of a ladle (not illustrated) and is contained in a stationary plate metal 19 and is fixed by means of a rataining fitting 21. The gear 1 provided around a rotor 2 is coupled integrally to the rotor 2 by means of hexagonal socket head bolts 4. The stationary plate metal 19 is mounted to the base plate 18 fixed to the bottom of the ladle or the like not illustrated by means of bolts 20 and bearing balls 3 are rotated and slided between the metal 19 and rotor 2. According to this method, with the outer part of the stationary plate brick 24, i.e., stationary plate metal 19 as an inner metal, an outer metal, i.e.g, rotor 2, can be rotated there by way of the bearing balls 3.
