CONSTITUTION:An aqueous soln. of 0.5-7 pH contg. 0.5-20g/l Ag ions and 1-100g/l ions of one or more kinds of metals selected among Ni, Fe and Co in 0.18-3,700 molar ratio of the metal ions to Ag ions is prepd. silver sulfate or silver nitrate may be used as an Ag ion source. Nickel carbonate may be used as a Ni ion source, ferrous nitrate as an Fe ion source and cobalt carbonate as a Co ion source. When the surface of Zn or a Zn alloy is treated with the aqueous soln. for a short time, a stable black film having high-grade appearance is formed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce treatment liquid capable of forming a high-degree black film on the surface of zinc at a short time by preparing an aq. soln. wherein both respective metallic ions of Ag, Sb, Cu, Bi and respective metallic ions of Ni, Fe, Co are incorporated at specified amount in a specified ratio and pH is specified. CONSTITUTION:The following treatment liquid is prepared wherein two or more kinds of metallic ions (a) selected from among Ag ion, Sb ion, Cu ion and Bi ion are contained at >=0.05g/l respectively and contained at 0.18-20g/l as all amounts and one or two or more kinds of metallic ions (b) selected from among Ni ion, Fe ion and Co ion are contained at 1-100g/l as total amount and also molar ratio (b/a) of both metallic ions is 0.18-1,900 and pH is regulat ed to 0.5-7. When using this treatment liquid and subjecting zinc or zinc alloy to blackening treatment at about 30-80 deg.C, a good black film is stably formed in several sec - about 10sec.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a film having excellent bare corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance after painting and paint adhesiveness on the surface of a steel sheet and various plated steel sheets by subjecting said steel sheets to an electrolytic treatment in an electrolyte contg. specific metallic ions and orthophosphoric acid. The liquid prepd. by adding a water soluble salt of metals of at least one kind among Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Ti, Zr, Sn, Sb, Mn, Co, Ni and Cu to an aq. soln. of the orthophosphoric acid having 1.5-6pH at 1-100g/l concn. so as to contain said salt at 0.1-50g/l in the form of the metallic ions is used as the electrolyte. The electrolytic treatment is executed at 0.5-50A/dm current density in the electrolyte kept at an ordinary temp. -90 deg.C. The film having the excellent bare corrosion resistance, the corrosion resistance after painting and the paint adhesiveness is formed at 0.05-10g/m quantity on the surface of the steel sheet to be treated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a black chromate film having superior blackness and adhesion on a steel sheet in a short time by previously forming a Zn-Ni alloy plating film on the surface of the steel sheet and then carrying out chemical treatment with a chromate bath having a specified compsn. CONSTITUTION:A Zn-Ni alloy plating film consisting of 10-15 wt.% Ni and the balance Zn is formed as an upper layer on at least one side of a steel sheet. A black chromate film is then formed on the surface of the plating film by chemical treatment at about 30 deg.C with a chromate bath of pH ions, 10-100g/l NO3 ions and 10-150g/l SO4 ions. An org. high molecular resin film of 0.1-3mum thickness or 1-1,000 mg/m chromate film is further formed as required. A black chromated steel sheet having superior corrosion resistance and high-grade appearance is obtd.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a black film having high-grade appearance on zinc or a zinc alloy by short-time treatment by treating the metal with an aqueous soln. contg. copper ions and ions of an iron group metal in a prescribed molar ratio to form a black film and by further forming a desired surface film on the black film. CONSTITUTION:The blackening soln. of 0.5-7pH contg. 0.5-20g/l copper ions and 2-100g/l metallic ions of one or more among nickel, iron and cobalt in 0.1-220 molar ratio of metallic ions to copper ions is prepd. Zinc or a zinc alloy is treated with the aqueous soln. to form a black film. A phosphate film, an org. polymer film and a chromate film are then formed on the surface of the black film. The amount of the chromate film is 1-1,000mg/m (expressed in terms of chromium). An alkali silicate film of 0.01-3mum thickness may be formed. By this method, a black film having superior adhesion and corrosion resistance can be formed. Fingerprints are hardly left on the back film.

The metals and the metal consisting of the metal oxides are densely, uniformly and discontinuously deposited on the surface of the steel sheet at 3 to 500mg/m by the cathodic electrolysis in a short period of time. The steel sheet which is formed with the phosphate film and particularly zinc phosphate film and has excellent performance is stably obtd. in this way.
