    • PURPOSE:To continuously and effectively cool respective metal plates so as to be immediately transferred to the next process by transferring respective metal plates one by one to a conveyor after aligning and housing a plurality of metal plates in a carrying body, carrying the carrying body, putting the metal plates into an insulative cooling tank and cooling it. CONSTITUTION:A carrier unit 8 is moved along a guide rail 6 arranged above an insulated cooling tank 3 for housing a cold refrigerant 2. A carrying body 5 for aligning and housing plural metal plates 4 is raised and lowered by an elevating unit 7 with being held. The carrying body 5 is held by a carrying elevating device 9 in a determined carrying body holding position and carried into the insulative cooling tank 3. And a plurality of metal plates 4 are aligned and housed in the empty carrying body 5 by means of a metal plate housing means in the carrying body holding position. The metal plates 4 of the carrying body 5, to be pulled up from the insulative cooling tank 3 are transferred one by one to a conveyor 10 whose one end is connected to the insulative cooling tank 3, by a cooled plate transferring means 11.

    • PURPOSE:To withdraw a hollow cylindrical pile made of reinforced concrete without excavating the periphery thereof and without generating pollution and noise. CONSTITUTION:Low temperature liquefied gas 4 is filled inside of a hollow part 2 of a hollow cylindrical pile 1 made of reinforced concrete, and an upper opening 3 is sealed, and the hollow cylindrical pile 1 is cooled, and the inside of the hollow part 2 is pressurized by the gas generated by the evaporation of the liquefied gas to generate a crack 6 in the wall surface of the hollow cylindrical pile 1. Furthermore, after the pressure inside of the hollow part 2 is reduced, water is filled in the hollow part 2 to make the water 7 intrude into the crack 6, and the low temperature liquefied gas 4 is filled again, and the opening 3 is sealed and the water 7 is frozen, and the inside of the hollow part 2 is pressurized and maintained to increase the crack 6. This operation is repeated to communicate the inside of the hollow part 2 with the outside with the crack 6, and the filled water 7 is discharged from the crack 6 to the outside of the hollow cylindrical pile 1 to soften the soil of the periphery of the hollow cylindrical pile 1, and a clearance is generated in the periphery of the hollow cylindrical pile 1, and the hollow cylindrical pile 1 is withdrawn.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically, successively and efficiently carry sheet metals by constituting a circulating carrier cable for sheet metals to go through a hanging section, transferring section in a low temperature refrigerant, shifting and releasing section, and a returning section of a hanging member. CONSTITUTION:The device 1 has a carrying- in conveyor 5 and a sending one 6 for sheet metals 4 on both sides of an adiabatic cooling tub 3 containing a low temperature refrigerant 2, and also has a carrier device 12 consisting of a circulating carrier cable 10 which hangs a hanging part 8 of a carrier member 9 on an engaging part of the sheet metal 4, and a driving device 11. The circulating carrier cable 10 goes through an section A where a sheet metal 4 is hung by the carrier member 9, a section B where the sheet metal hung with the upper part tilted forward is carried in a low temperature refrigerant 2, a section C where the sheet metal is shifted on a sending conveyor 6 and released from hanging, and a section D where the empty carrier member 9 is returned to the A section. Thus, the sheet metals 4 are carried automatically, successively and efficiently.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively cool a plurality of metal plates so as to be immediately transferred to a processor by suspending a plurality of supporters from a circulating rail of a conveyor device and continuously cooling respective metal plates held by respective supporters while transferring them one after another. CONSTITUTION:Metal plates 5 are transferred by a carrying-in conveyor 9 and carried in a cold refrigerant 2 along a tilted table 23 of a supplying device 10 from a tilt part 3 of a insulated cooling tank 4 while being held by supporters 6. Then, the supporters 6 are delivered to a cooling conveyor 20 at a point E on the way where the supporters are transferred from a point A to a point B along a circulating rail 7, and is cooled during being transferred to a point F. After the supporters 6 are transferred from the point F to the point C through the point B, they are tilted toward a delivery conveyor 11 by a piston 25 of a delivery device 12. Thereby, the metal plates 5 are dropped from the supporters 6 and transferred to the delivery conveyor 11 with being sliding on a tilting plate 26. After that, the metal plates 5 are transferred to the next process, while empty supporters 6 are circulating and returned to the A point through the point D.
