摘要： PURPOSE: To sufficiently cope with local abrasion by providing the device with a first slide support plate provided with wear resistant members supporting the bent sections of a specified angle each at both sides of a belt, and with a second slide support plate provided with smoothing members supporting the outside of a belt width at its bent sections. CONSTITUTION: Impact by material to be carried, which falls down from an upstream side conveyor, is applied to each carrier roller 3. therefore, each carrier roller 3a excellent in stiffness can exhibit its wear resistance against impact by the rotation of each carrier together with the carriage of a belt 3b. The bent sections 3c of the belt 3b are apt to be worn as they slide, since the bent sections are supported by way of wear resistant member 9a composed of ceramics chips, local friction can thereby be prevented. Furthermore, the belt 3b is supported by smoothing members 9b, carrying operations can thereby be sufficiently maintained. Since the degree of abrasion is different between each wear resistant member 9a provided for the first slide support plate 8a and each smoothing member 9b provided for the second slide support plate 8b, they have to be separately replaced, since the slide support plate 8 is provided in a form of both slide support plates 8a and 8b separately, maintanbility can thereby be enhanced.

CONSTITUTION:This deposit removing device is designed to be installed in the part of an inclined wall surface where the powders collide or stagnate. The front surface side of a device body 1 is formed freely expandably and contractably and is internally provided with a fluid introducing space 2 so that the front surface side is made bulgable. The rear surface side is provided with a fluid introducing and discharging port 3 for introducing and discharging pressure fluid into and out of this fluid introducing space 2. A pump 5 which introduces the pressure fluid from the fluid introducing and discharging port 3 and discharges the fluid out thereof is installed in the fluid introducing space 2 of such device body 1. 摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a skirt device which is constituted to prevent flying of a substance to be conveyed at the transfer part of a belt conveyor and facilitate maintenance. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of skirt support rods 11 are aligned in the longitudinal direction of a belt 1 at a skirt rubber 4 making contact with a belt 1. A guide 12 having a comb-shaped groove formed in one surface of a support member 3 and a support rod 11 is protruded. A pin 8 is coupled to a frame 6 in such a manner that a skirt support part 7 is fallen to the opposite side to the belt 1. The support rod 11 is vertically movably locked in an inserted state to the vertical rod 9 and a spring 10 through the force of which the support rod 11 is energized downward is provided. 摘要： PURPOSE:To make improvement in productivity and stabilization of the quality of sintered ore by determining vector intensity from a change in exhaust gas temp. with lapse of time and controlling a pallet speed in accordance with this intensity. CONSTITUTION:The temps. of wind boxes at prescribed two points on the ore discharge part side of a sintering machine are measured and the temp. deviation of the respective wind boxes is computed. The temp. deviation in the position on the ore discharge part side is taken at the abscissa and the temp. deviation in the position on the upstream side at the ordinate. The vector heading toward coordinates from the origin (the temp. deviation quantity between the two positions mentioned above) is determined and the vector intensity connecting to the intersected point obtd. by dropping a perpendicular from the above- mentioned coordinates to an origin-passing reference straight line from the origin. The action quantity of the pallet speed is computed from the reference table for the previously inputted characteristic vector intensity and the action quantity of the pallet speeds corresponding thereto. This quantity is transmitted to a sintering machine driving motor. The cold strength of the sintered ore is stabilized and the improved productivity is obtd. in this way.

Shoot choking can therefore be prevented.
