摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated steel sheet which contains no chromium in a surface treatment film but still exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In the surface treated steel sheet, by realizing a reaction layer between a barrier layer and plating metal effective for corrosion inhibition not as a double layer but in a single layer film, corrosion resistance of a high degree can be obtained. The surface of a zinc base or aluminum base plated steel sheet is provided with a surface treatment film formed by applying a surface treatment composition containing (a) a water dispersible resin and/or or water soluble resin which is a reaction product between an epoxy group- containing resin and an active hydrogen-containing compound and in which part or the whole of the active hydrogen-containing compound is a hydrazine derivative containing active hydrogen, (b) a silane coupling agent, and (c) phoshoric acid and/or hexafluoro metal acid, and drying the same composition.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated steel sheet which exhibits excellent corrosion resistance without incorporating chromium into a surface film. SOLUTION: A film of a surface treatment composition is formed on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet or the like. The film comprises :(a) an aqueous epoxy resin dispersion solution of resins obtained by reacting a polyalkylene glycol-modified epoxy resin obtained by reacting polyalkylene glycol of a specified molecular weight, a bisphenol type epoxy resin, an active hydrogen-containing compound and a polyisocyanate compound, an epoxy group-containing resin, and a active hydrogen-containing hydrazine derivative; (b) a silane coupling agent, and; (c) phosphoric acid and/or a hexafluoro metal acid. Then, an upper layer film wherein the main component consists of a reaction product between a film forming organic resin and an active hydrogen-containing compound in which part or the whole consists of a hydrazine derivative containing active hydrogen is formed on the upper layer thereof. 摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title composition excellent in boiling water resistance, etc., and suitable as a curing agent for a water-based paint for an inner surface of a can, by constituting it from a bisphenol A-derived phenolic resin specified in the average number of bisphenol nuclei and the number of methylol groups. CONSTITUTION:A bisphenol (e.g. bisphenol A) is reacted with a formaldehyde (e.g., formalin) to produce a bisphenol-derived high-MW phenolic resin having the average number of bisphenol nuclei of 8-25 and 0.1-2 methylol groups per bisphenol nucleus. This phenolic resin is used as a principal component to produce a phenolic resin composition for paint. When this resin composition is used as a curing agent of a water-based epoxy phenol paint for an inner surface of a can, it can give excellent properties such as low yellowness of film, small KMnO4 consumption and excellent flavor resistance and processability.
