摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a high tensile steel sheet having a low yield ratio, high ductility and high curing performance for baking and useful for automotive bodies etc. by passing a steel limited of solid solution C and S, P content in particular to a rolling-annealing line under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:The steel consisting of 0.03-0.15% C, 0.01-0.80% Si, 1.00- 2.10% Mn, where C+1/5Mn=0.35-0.45%, =1 kinds of Zr, REM, Ti where >=0.003% S, and the balance iron with unavoidable impurities is produced. This is finish-rolled at above the Ar3 transformation point in a hot rolling process and is coiled at below the Ar1 point, thereafter it is pickled. Then, it is heated at 730-900 deg.C, and is held for 10-300sec, thereafter it is cooled down to 600-300 deg.C at 5-30 deg.C/sec cooling rates, thence it is water-hardened. By this method, the high tensile steel sheet having a low yield ratio and high ductility is obtained inexpensively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lower the energy consumption rate in a heating furnace, by reducing the supply of superfluous combusting air by automatically controlling the air-fuel ratio in every region of the heating furnace on the basis of the actual density of oxygen in the furnace that is obtained through measurement. CONSTITUTION:In the system, there are provided a means 8 for detecting the density of O2 in a heating furnace, O2 controlling means 9, 10 operated selectively when a gate of the heating furnace is opened and closed in response to the output signal of the means 8, adders 11, 12 for adding a predetermined voltage to the outputs of the O2 controlling means 9, 10, and an air-fuel ratio controlling means 3 for determining the ratio of air-flow rate to fuel-flow rate on the basis of the output signal of a fuel-flow selecting means 1, an actual measurement signal of a fuel-flow meter 6, an actual measurement signal of an air-flow meter 7 and the output signals of the adders 11, 12. Here, the air-fuel ratio controlling means 3 is designed to give set values respectively to a fuel-flow controller 4 and an air-flow controller 5. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to eliminate fluctuation in the density of O2 at the time when the gate of the furnace is opened and to minimize the energy consumption rate in the furnace.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make the heights of projection lines on a steel-sheet surface to be formed by calibers uniform, by changing at least one of the width, pitch, and angle of plural calibers, in the roll-axis direction stepwise or gradually from its center to both ends. CONSTITUTION:The width (l), pitch (p), and caliber angle theta of a caliber, in a roll having plural calibers are changed stepwise or successively in the roll-axis direction from its central part to both ends. When the width (l) is increased, the projection 2 to be formed in the surface of a steel sheet 1 tends to increase in size, and the same tendency about the caliber angle theta is ascertained. Further, when the pitch (p) is decreased, the projection 2 tends to increase in size; therefore, plural projections having the desired and uniform heights can be formed in the surface of steel sheet 1 by changing, stepwise or gradually at least one of the width (l), angle (theta), and pitch (p) of the caliber in the roll-axis direction from its center to its end.
