CONSTITUTION: This ointment contains, as the essential ingredients, 9-[(1R,2R,3 S)-2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)cyclobutan-1-yllguanine and an oily-and-fatty base, being characterized by that the 9-[(1R,2R,3S)-2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)cyclobutan-1- y]guanine powder is homogeneously dispersed in the ointment base. For example, the ointment comprises 0.05-10wt.% of the 9-[(1R,2R,3S)-2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl) cyclobutan-1-yl]guanine, 40-99.5wt.% of the oily-and-fatty base, and, if desired, water as a second base and a surfactant served as dermal affinity-imparting agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject stable solution preparation from which no insoluble products deposit and no precipitates form by containing calcium salts of sennoside A and B. SOLUTION: This drug contains at least one of calcium salts of sennoside A and B useful as a mild cathartic and carboxylic acids or their salts. Further, a preservative agent and an auxiliary are formulated thereto when necessary to adjust an aqueous solution at pH5-8. The salts of sennoside A and B are contained in an amount of 0.2-55mg/ml as the sennoside A and B. The carboxylic acids or their salts are contained in an amount of 1-80mg/ml. An aqueous solution preparation containing 12-24mg as calcium salts of sennoside A and B is taken once a day for adult. It is a preparation capable of easily administrating to young children and aged men.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain an oil and fat-containing tablet rapidly disintegrating in an oral cavity, having smoothness without roughness, excellent in touch in an oral cavity. CONSTITUTION: This tablet contains both a first granule comprising oils and fats and an excipient as essential components and a second granule comprising an excipient as an essential component but not fats and oils and is obtained by compression molding. The excipient is a water-soluble saccharide such as a monosaccharide, an oligosaccharide, a sugar alcohol, etc., and its amount is 70-93wt.% based on the whole first granule and 85-97wt.% based on the whole tablet. The oils and fats are solid at a normal temperature, have 30-37 deg.C melting point or are mixed with the excipient to show 30-37 deg.C melting point and are vegetable oils and fats (e.g. corn oil), animal oils and fats (e.g. cream) and hard fats. The amount of the oils and fats contained is 70-30wt.% based on the whole first granule and 3-20wt.% based on the whole tablet. The whole tablet is mixed with 0.001-40wt.% of a pharmacodynamically effective component and properly a lubricant, a flavor, a colorant, etc., and pharmaceutically manufactured.

PREPARATION:DL.2-methyl-1-( 4-trifluoromethylphenyl )-3-pyrrolidino-1-propano ne is reacted with an optically active acetylphenylglycine in a solvent (e.g. isopropanol) to form two kinds of corresponding diastereomer salts. The salts are subjected to optical resolution in an alkyl acetate and the crystallized diastereomer salt is decomposed to separate the above novel substance.
