    • PURPOSE: To increase a stationary torque and an output torque even in a small size by providing a pair of stationary pole members opposed through an air gap to a rotor, and displacing obliquely the opposed ends of the members in a circumferential direction.
CONSTITUTION: A rotor 4 which has two surfaces parallel to a rotational shaft 7 and is made of a magnetic material is mounted on the shaft 7. A pair of arcuate stationary pole members 2, 3 are disposed through an air gap to the rotor 4 on the outer periphery of the rotor 4, and an exciting coil 1 for exciting the members 2, 3 is coupled. The positions of the opposed ends 2b and 3b, 2d and 3d of the members 2, 3 are displaced circumferentially, and the intermediate is inclined. Thus, output torque and detent torque are shared by the upper and lower portions of the rotor 4 to effectively generate the torques.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize a change of flow rate due to vibration in a valve and perform its high accurate flow control, by mounting a movable permanent magnet, arranging axially movable when the first and second excitation coils are electrically conducted, so that said magnet may be moved with an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the first and second excitation coils 16 and 17 in an actuator 11 are both in a state not electrically conducted, a movable permanent magnet 33 stands still at a balancing point of the first and second springs 81 and 82 with their urging direction reverse to each other. This balancing point is the intermediate point of a valve member 61 between its fully closing position and fully opening position for an opening 58 of a valve seat member 57, at this position an intermediate flow amount of fluid flows between the opening 58 of the valve seat member 57 and the valve member 61. Since a peripheral surface of the valve member 61 is held in a position separated from the opening 58 of the valve body seat member 57, the valve member 61 is never frozen to the valve seat member 57.

    • PURPOSE:To permit a valve body to smoothly slide in a casing of a flow rate control valve for vehicles, by enlarging a clearance between a shaft and valve body. CONSTITUTION:A bearing 17 is secured to a fixed core 15 of a solenoid 11, while a bearing 5 is fixed to a valve seat 2 of a valve portion 10. The center axis of each of the bearings 5, 17 is determined by a coupling between a recessed part 2b and the contour of a spool 16 which is inserted inside a coil 14. The center position of a valve body 3 is determined depending on an inner peripheral wall 2b of the valve seat 2 by retaining the valve body 3 in such a manner that it can be shifted by the clearance between a shaft 4 and the inner peripheral wall 3a of the valve body 3. While the center position of the shaft 4 is determined by those of the bearings 5, 17, displacement between the center position of the valve 3 and that of the shaft 4 may be compensated as the shaft 4 relatively and freely moves with respect to the valve 3 within the clearance g1 formed between the shaft 4 and inner peripheral wall 3a, thereby keeping the valve 3 free from the bearing load.
