CONSTITUTION:An outdoor heat-exchanger forms a water heat-exchanger 6 for effecting heat-exchange between water and a refrigerant, and water outside a ship is fed to the water heat-exchanger 6 with the aid of a pump 10. A refrigerant compressor 4 of a refrigerating cycle 3, a generator and motor 2, and the pump 10 are arranged in an intercoupled state. Interconnection of the engine 1, the refrigerant compressor 4, the generator and motor 2, and the pump 10 is effected through a double pulley clutch 16. During sailing, a refrigerating cycle 3 is operated with the aid of the engine 1 and during anchoring, the refrigerating cycle 3 is operated with the aid of the generator and motor 2 by using an external power.

    • PURPOSE:To constantly provide an optimum environment by providing a discharge state control means which varies at least some of an air discharge speed, an airflow, and speed distribution through drive of a discharge state varying means according to a distance a device body and a person detected by a distance detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A distance between a cooler body 1 (device body) and a person is detected by ultrasonic sensors 8 and 9 (distance detecting means), so that the air discharge speed and the airflow of a discharge duct 5 are regulatable by means of relays (discharge state varying means) 15 and 16 for switching a motor tap. Through drive of the relays 15 and 16 for switching a motor tap by means of a controller 17 (discharge state control means), with the increase of a distance between the cooler body 1 and a person detected by the ultrasonic sensors 8 and 9, the air discharge speed and the airflow of the discharge duct 5 are increased. As a result, the air discharge speed and the airflow are varied according to a distance between the cooler body and the person to provide constantly optimum environment.

Also, it is subjected to adiabatic expansion at the capillary 20 an made into a mist from of low temperature and constant pressure, and made to flow into an indoor heat exchanger 109, and at the same time cools air by conducting heat exchange with air. Meanwhile, the refrigerant is vaporized by this heat exchange, and made to flow into an accumulater 215 from an indoor heat exchanger 110 through a reversible solenoid valve 213, and separated into a gaseous refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant, and the gaseous refrigerant alone is sucked into the compressor 201. At this time, the rotation number of the compressor 201 is controlled by regulating the frequency of an inverter through the operation of a temperature regulating lever.

CONSTITUTION:A compressor is driven by a compressor motor 23a and is provided with an inverter 37 between a power source 36, which also play a role of a wheel drive source and the compressor motor. A micro computer 40, when a pressure sensor detects that the voltage of the power source 36 comes off the predetermined permissible range, stops the output from the inverter 37 for an air conditioner to the compressor motor 23a. In addition, the micro computer 40, when the voltage sensor 43 detects that the voltage of the power source 36 enters the predetermined permissible range and the refrigerant pressure on the suction side and the refrigerant pressure on the discharge side of the compressor 23 are equal to each other after having stopped the output to the compressor motor 23a, restarts the output to the compressor motor 23a from the inverter 37 for the air conditioner.

CONSTITUTION:An evaporator 15 is arranged at a cooling section 3 provided on the main body 1 of an air conditioning apparatus while a condenser 27 at a heating section 4. The cooling section 3 and the heating section 4 have a suction port and a blowoff port communicating with the room or outdoors while a suction damper and a blowoff damper are arranged to select one of the suction port and the blowoff port. Then, the respective dampers are switched over according to the contents of operation set while a blower fan 16 is rotated to blow air. Thus, an air flow is formed properly passing through the cooling section 3 and the heating section 4 thereby enabling the setting of cooling operation, heating operation and ventilating operation under these operations according to the air flow.
