    • PURPOSE: To achieve an accurate and quick adjustment of refrigerant components by providing a control valve for controlling a flow rate according to the degree of heating a refrigerant in a rectifying circuit which is formed with both ends thereof in contact with one point between a condenser and an expansion valve and with the other point between an evaporator aid a compressor in a cooler for a vehicle using a non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: When a large cooling capacity is demanded, a control valve 9 is closed so that a low boiling point refrigerant is increased to be circulated. With a drop in the temperature within a vehicle after the start of the operation, the demanded cooling capacity is lowered to open the control valve 9. Upon the opening of the control valve 9, a part of the refrigerant passing through a receiver 3 flows to the side of the rectifying circuit 15 and decompressed by a decompression means 6 for rectifying so that the low boiling point refrigerant is separated from the high boiling point refrigerant in a rectifying device 7. The refrigerant containing more of the low boiling point refrigerant is sent to a cooler 8 from an upper part of the rectifying device 7 and the refrigerant containing more of the high boiling point refrigerant to a heat exchanger 10 from below separately. This enables adjusting of components of the refrigerant accurately and in a short time.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a pipe joint firmly fastened by utilizing the internal pressure of a fluid filled in the pipe joint and easily fitted/removed when the fluid is not filled in the pipe joint. CONSTITUTION:A fixing member 310 is inserted into a fixing member 320 while keeping such a position that the protruding parts 331 of the fixing member 320 and the claw parts 319b of the fixing member 310 are not axially overlapped, so as to wrap in a male side joint 50 and a female side joint 60 in the connected state, mutually from the axial direction of piping. The fixing member 320 is then rotated clockwise in the fixed state of the fixing member 310. The protruding parts 331 thereby approach protruding parts along the slant faces of the claw parts 319b. Further in the fixed state of the fixing member 310. the fixing member 320 is freed. The fixing member 320 is thereby energized by a compression coil spring 350, and each protruding part 331 is fitted between the claw part 319b and the protruding part. This energizing direction coincides with the mutually separating direction of the pipe joints by the internal pressure of a fluid.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively switch space cooling capacity in a short time by providing a storage unit for low boiling point refrigerant to be connected to the top of a liquid reservoir through a first valve and to the low pressure side of a compressor through a second valve. CONSTITUTION:When a fan changeover switch 15 is moved from an OFF position directly to a Hi position, a relay 19 is operated to open a contact 21, a coil 24 is energized to open a second solenoid valve 8, becoming a mixture mode, and a refrigerating cycle RC is cooled down. When the switch 15 is returned to a position of Med or Low if a space a temperature becomes comfortable, the rotating speed of a fan is reduced, the coil 23 of a first solenoid valve 7 is simultaneously conducted from a contact C through relay contacts 17, 21 and a timer 22 to open the valve 7. In this case, the valve 8 remains closed. Accordingly, this state is a separation mode, and gas refrigerant collected to the top of a reservoir 3 is transferred to a storage unit 6 and contained therein. Thus, the space temperature can be quickly lowered.

CONSTITUTION:A resin molding 19 (cannon duct of an air conditioner), before it is subjected to remelting, is given an impact to be broken at a joining resin part 91 of thin wall; by thus separating a removable resin part 92 from a resin part to be regenerated 93 an attachment (packing) 6, which is of a material being alien to the resin part to be regenerated 93, that is, of a material not to be regenerated, separates together with the removable resin part 92 from the resin part to be regenerated 93 so that the remelting of the resin part to be regenerated 93, subsequent to the separation, does not involve mixing therewith of the alien attachment 6. Thus by simply applying an impact of specific magnitude the alien attachment 6, which is not a subject of the regeneration, can be removed from the resin part to be regenerated 93 in a simple manner and most of the main component resin, except the removable resin part 92, can be utilized for the regeneration without involving much trouble and expenditure.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance charging efficiency of a storage unit used for switching room cooling capacity, to reduce in size the unit and to enhance placing properties in a vehicle by providing the unit for low boiling point refrigerant, means for operating to open or close first and second valves, and means for controlling pressure of refrigerant to be introduced to a liquid reservoir. CONSTITUTION:Since temperature of a condenser 2 is raised, refrigerant of gas state mainly containing low boiling point refrigerant is increased at the top of a liquid reservoir 3, and pressure Pr of the refrigerant is, when the temperature of the refrigerant in the top of the reservoir 3 is raised, enhanced, a controller ECU operates, when the detection value of a pressure sensor 15 for detecting it exceeds a set pressure Ps, drivers 13, 14 to open a first solenoid valve 7 and to close a second solenoid valve 8. This state is a refrigerant separation mode, refrigerant containing relatively more vapor refrigerant in the top of the reservoir 3, i.e., low boiling point refrigerant is separated from a refrigerating cycle RC, and contained in a storage unit 6 through the valve 7. In this case, room cooling capacity is remarkably increased due to the content of a large quantity of low boiling point refrigerant in the refrigerant, and the temperature in a compartment can be lowered in a short period of time even when an engine is not rotated at a high speed.
