CONSTITUTION:In the anaerobic treating device, especially a sludge blanket type device, the first partition plate 3 inclined at an angle of about 45 deg. from one side on the liq. level and the second partition plate 4 crossing the plate 3 on the opposite side are provided at the upper part of a digestor vessel 1, and a sludge passage 5 is formed at the lower part. A solid-liq. separation part 6 is formed at the upper part of the digestion vessel 1 with the partition plates 3 and 4, a digestion part 7 is furnished at the lower part, the gas collecting chamber 15 is provided in an ascending passage 13 on the wall surface side of the partition plate 4, and the gas pressure is regulated by a regulating means. Consequently, the liq. level is controlled, the separability at the solid-liq. separation part 6 is improved, sludge is not deposited, scum is not generated, and the leakage of SS into treated water is controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To carry out efficient anaerobic digestion with a small setting area by providing two partition plates at the upper part of a digestion vessel to separate the vessel into a liquid mixture part consisting of an ascending part and a descending part, and providing a rectifying plate extending from the lower part of the solid-liquid separation part to the liquid mixture part. CONSTITUTION:A digestion vessel 1 having an untreated liquid inflow part 2 at the bottom, a partition plate 3 extending from above the liquid surface of the vessel 1 into the liquid and separating the upper part of the vessel 1 into a solid-liquid separation part 5 and a hermetic liquid mixture part 4, a treated liquid pipe 14 communicating with the upper part of the solid- liquid separation part, and a gas discharge pipe 15 communicating with the upper part of the liquid mixture part are provided. And a partition plate 6 whose upper end is situated under the liquid surface of the liquid mixture part, whose lower part is inclined downward while keeping an interval from the leading end of the partition plate 3 and extends to the lower part of the solid-liquid separation part, and which separates the liquid mixture part into an ascending part 7 and a descending part 8, and a rectifying plate 10 are provided. Namely, the flow of generated gas into the solid-liquid separation part is prevented, and the sludge settled at the solid-liquid separation part is returned to the digestion part by utilizing a spiral flow of the generated gas. Accordingly, the anaerobic digestion is efficiently carried out with a small setting area.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure flotation apparatus exhibiting extremely excellent flotation separation efficiency of suspended matter. SOLUTION: Mixed water of raw water with pressurized water is introduced into a center cage 12 through a supply pipe 14 and discharged from an opening 16 of a distributor 15 to the downstream side in the rotative direction. Since a guide plate 17 is projected into the downstream direction of the distributor 15, the mixed water discharged from the opening 16 is restrained from flowing toward a peripheral wall 1a and made to flow quietly to the peripheral direction while hardly forming a turbulent flow. Air bubbles generated from the pressurized water are stuck to suspended matter and the air bubble-stuck suspended matter rises to the surface and becomes floating scum. The liquid mixture separated from air in the upper part of the liquid mixture part 4 is fallen through a falling part 8 and a part thereof rises through the solid-liquid separation part 5 and the greater part thereof is recirculated to the liquid mixture part 4 from the lower part of the solid-liquid separation part along a flow distribution plate 10 and receives aeration. Excessive sludge is conc. in a waste sludge pit 16 provided to the bottom part of the aeration tank 1 and discharged from a sludge discharge pipe 17.
