    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a high-quality pavement surface by a minimum equipment investment by improving an operation rate of conventional laying/leveling machines in two-layer simultaneous pavement of asphalt by using the two laying/leveling machines. SOLUTION: In an asphalt paving method performed by longitudinally arranging the two independent laying/leveling machines having at least a hopper device for storing and discharging paving materials inputted from a hopper receiving port and a screed arranged in the rear of the hopper device and leveling the paving materials discharged on an execution work surface in the execution work direction, the one laying/leveling machine 10 is provided with a conveyor device 20 having a carrying destination extending to the hopper receiving port of both laying/leveling machines, the carrying direction of the conveyor device 20 is selectively switched, the first paving material 3' is inputted to the hopper receiving port 42 of the one laying/leveling machine 10, and the second paving material 4' is inputted to the conveyor device to simultaneously lay and level a lower layer 3 and an upper layer 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chipping machine which is used for scattering and pressing aggregates onto the surface of paved and leveled asphalt mixtures in road asphalt pavement or rubber roll pavement and is capable of saving labor, of scattering aggregates uniformly at a constant rate, of easily securing safety, of omitting a guide man, and of offering good adhesion of aggregates without giving adverse influences to the paved road surface. SOLUTION: A scattering hopper 5 is provided as an aggregate scattering device at a lower position in a front end portion at a vehicle body 2 of a paving and leveling machine 1, a driver's cab 7 is provided at the upper position in the front portion of the vehicle body 2, and an aggregate hopper 8 is provided for storing aggregates to be supplied to the scattering hopper 5 at an almost mid point in the front to rear direction of the vehicle body 2. Height of the aggregate hopper 8 is set to a height which does not disturb the line of rear sight of the driver 9 seated on the driver's seat 7. Also, a belt conveyor device 10 is provided as a carrying apparatus for carrying and supplying the aggregates from the aggregate hopper 8 to scattering hopper 5.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten working hours in concrete laydown work between existing lanes by making substantially identical the level, direction and position of the top of a form with the laid out surface of a rail which supports a pavement machine. SOLUTION: A concrete pavement steel-made from 11 is formed in the shape of an integrated square cylinder and provides a plurality of insertion holes 13 for a fixing pin 12 to fix a base with a specified spacing and a plurality of hooks which support a rail 14 which is fitted in the top of the form. The form 11 is provided with an insertion blade which connects similar kinds of forms. The level, direction and position of the top of the form 11 are made almost the same as those of the laid out surface of the rail 4. In the case of spot concrete placement pavement based on this form 11, rubbing between the starting point and the ending point is easy and even so easy that a flat pavement is available. In the case when the spot concrete placement pavement is executed between existing concrete blocks 17 and 18, their respective machine- based level adjustment is not required in forms 19 and 20.
