摘要： PURPOSE: To form a sharp uneven pattern on the uniform and dense surface of a mat by constituting a foaming apparatus of a feed means for feeding a template having an uneven pattern on the surface thereof, a main air blower for spraying air toward a template feed sending-back direction between the template and a powder sprinkling means and an auxiliary air blower spraying air toward a template feed direction. CONSTITUTION: A template 3 is fed by a feed means 2 and a powder 10 is sprinkled over the template 3 by a powder sprinkling means 4. At this time, the powder 10 is oriented in a front stage direction by the air spraying in the feed reverse direction of the template 3 by a main air blower 7 and a fine powder falls on the template 3 in a front stage while a coarse powder falls on the template 3 in a rear stage to form a mat 10B but the fine powder 10 is oriented in the rear stage direction just above the template 3 by the air sprayed from an auxiliary air blower 7A. Therefore, even if the projected parts 31A of the uneven pattern 3A on the template 3 become the barriers of the air sprayed from the main air blower 7, the fine powder 10 is charged even on the front stage side of the projected parts 31A by the air sprayed from the auxiliary air blower 7A.
