摘要： PURPOSE:To make a manufacture easy and simplify a device by making a material slurry and a colorant slurry flow down to a wire cloth so as to form a color web and a colorless web, taking them up on a making roll, and molding with a press a mat body obtained by cutting the webs. CONSTITUTION:When a color cement plate is to be manufactured, a pump 13 is driven first and a solenoid valve 16 is opened. A material slurry and a colorant slurry in tanks 11 and 14 are respectively supplied to a flow box 6 and mixed. Thereafter, it is made to flow down to a wire cloth 5. That is, the water in the mixed slurry is sucked downward through the wire cloth 5 and the colorant-containing material is scooped up in the wire cloth 5 so as to form a color web. Next, only the material slurry is made to flow down to the wire cloth 5 so as to form a colorless web. Succeedingly, the color web and the colorless web are respectively taken up on a making roll 18 in multilayer. Thereafter, these are cut and peeled so as to form a mat body having the color web as a surface. Thereafter, the mat body is molded by a press 20.

A hook claw 17 for a plate is protruded downward from the rear end part of the guide plate 15 and a plate feeding device 3 to feed forward a plate on a topmost layer on the table lifter 1 by hooking the plate by means of the hook claw 17 during reciprocation of the air cylinder 10 is provided.

SOLUTION: The peripheral surface of a coating roll 10 is formed with an elastic soft layer 14, and a doctor roll 20 has a disk blade 22 which protrudes from the peripheral surface of the doctor roll 20 to be pressed into the soft layer 14. The tip fringe of the blade 22 is pressed into the coating roll 10 to close one end of a coating bank 11. While a coating material is supplied to the bank 11, the coating roll 10 and a backup roll 30 are rotated, and with the blade 22 positioned on the borderline between the coated area 41 and uncoated area of the building material 40, the building material is fed between the coating roll 10 and the backup roll 30.
