摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of positional deflection or generation of wrinkles because of drag of a sheet material when the sheet material is pulled out. SOLUTION: In a sheet material separate feeding device, in which one end side of the uppermost sheet material 2a among sheet materials 2 piled on a stage 1 is held by means of a chuck 5 while lifted by means of a suction pad 3 and pulled out in the chuck direction so as to be fed, a separator 10 is constructed of thin rod type rollers 15 arranged side by side mutually in line. The separator 10 advances into a clearance, which is generated between the uppermost sheet material 2a and the following sheet material 2b when one end side of the uppermost sheet material 2a is lifted, so as to pass through toward the other end side, so that the uppermost sheet material 2a is separated from the sheet material 2b below it, and at the same time, the separator 10 carries the uppermost sheet material 2a so as to keep it in a separated condition.
