The protrusions 13 come into contact with the outer circumferential surface 81 of the pipe to cause the inner surface side 12 of the heat insulation material 11 to make partial contact with the outer circumferential surface of the pipe.

Even if rain water enters the inside of the insulating structure 10, the rain water adhered to the surface of the piping is evaporated or dripped since the heat insulating material 13 is not in contact with the bent pipe section, and the rain water is discharged through a through-hole, thereby corrosion of the piping is prevented.
