    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fatigue durability and heat-shock resistance, regarding a membrane of a glow plug with a pressure sensor.SOLUTION: A glow plug with a pressure sensor includes a housing, a heater part, a membrane, and a pressure sensor. In the heater part, a rear end part is disposed in the housing, and a bar-shaped tip end part protrudes from the tip end of the housing so as to move in axial direction. In the membrane, one end is connected to the housing, and the other end is connected to the heater part, while allowing axial movement of the heater part, to connect the heater part to the housing. The pressure sensor measures pressure in a combustion chamber by using a force transmitted through the heater part. The membrane is jointed to the heater part at at least two points in axial direction.
