摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salty snow resistant high-tension pin type insulator, in which an adequate pollution flashover voltage characteristics can be maintained even when salt-containing snow blows. SOLUTION: A salt resistant plate 11 is arranged on a lower surface of a multi-layered, deeply corrugated cap 10. The top of the salt resistant plate 11 is open so that snow cover can be prevented. A whole outer cap 14 or its lower end is overhung outward, and a distance, which is equal to or more than the given space gap G+20 mm that is defined by a service voltage V, is kept between an inner surface of the lower end of the outer cap 14 and an outer surface of the salt resistant plate 11. Thereby, a bridging between the outer cap 14 and the salt resistant plate 11 caused by snow cover may not occur, and the high-tension pin type insulator becomes suitable for supporting a high voltage distribution line located near the seashore in a snow ball area in an insulating manner.

Thus, a lightning conductor element unit for smoothly discharging a generated arc can be constituted in a simple structure at low costs.

Therefore, a stably supported state is maintained even with the oscillation and vibration of the wire 23, and abrasion of the grooved part 13b is reduced even with the sliding contact of the binding wire 24.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a line-to-ground fault and suppress tracking destruction, by preventing a leakage current from flowing. SOLUTION: An annular body 18 is molded integrally of a tracking resistant material such as silicone rubber and has heat contracting property. The annular body 18 is fitted onto each of outer circumferential surfaces 17 of both of fixed electrode tubes 4, 5 and onto an outer circumferential surface 19 of a terminal tube 6, and are made to adhere by taking advantage of the heat contracting property. Accordingly, a roundabout distance Q or a portion that is excellent in tracking resistant property is ensured in the midway of a line-to-ground path by a circumferential surface 23 of the annular body 18. Tracking resistant property of presently existing resin insulators can be improved by merely fitting an annular body 18 onto each of low cost resin insulators having both of fixed electrode tubes 4, 5 and terminal tube 6 comprizing an epoxy resin or onto existing electric equipment such as circuit breakers which make use of resin insulators.

The insulative ceramics cylinder 2, the conductive ceramics electrode 3 and both first and second metallic plate electrodes 4 and 5 are all heated into adhesion as one body by means of glass fusion, brazing or baking of silver paste, or the like. With this constitution, a hermetically sealed state is stably maintainable.
