SOLUTION: This indication device is composed of a rotating impeller 1 which rotates by receiving the velocity of the wind to be generated by running vehicles or the velocity of the wind to be generated naturally, an electricity generating part 3 which generates electricity by making a cam 5 being one of force transmitting mechanisms impart deflection stress to the piezoelectric element 6 by the rotation of the rotating impeller 1 and an indication part 4 which is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which makes a display emit light without using a commercial power, a solar battery or a battery, which almost unnecessitates the repair such as the removal of dusts of the device and the replacement of the battery, unnecessitates to embed a piezoelectric element and is installed at a low cost by enabling rotary impellers to effectively use wind force generated by a traveling vehicle or naturally generated wind force, thereby utilizing electric energy generated by imparting stress of deforming to the piezoelectric element. This device has a electric power generation part 3 for generating electric power by allowing a cam 5 being one of a force transmission mechanisms to impart deforming stress to the piezoelectric element 6 with the rotation of the two impellers 1, and a displaying part 4 connected electrically to the element 6.
