摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of rotation being unable to be started, when the force of wind does not reach a fixed value of larger since activation torque for activating the rotation for attraction or repulsion between magnets is large, even if rotation is stopped once in a state, without wind and then wind blows in a wind power system for using the attraction and repulsion of the magnets in a relatively small rotor, where a diameter is limited to give distortion to a piezoelectric element in an indicator, where dimensions are limited. SOLUTION: The number of magnets 5 being mounted to a rotati mechanism and the number of piezoelectric elements 7 should be set to at least two, so that the number of pairs in a moment when magnetic force for operating between opposite magnets 5 and 6 in a rotary process becomes maximum is set to plural, and adjustment is carried out so that repulsion operates in some pairs and attraction force operates in other pairs, thus solving the problem; further, recharging electrical energy where the piezoelectric element 7 emits light in a recharger, and hence taking out the electric energy as needed for supplying to a phosphor.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a display device emit rays of light without using commercial electric power or a solar battery and a storage battery by utilizing electric energy which is generated by imparting deflection stress to a piezoelectric element while making the rotating impeller utilize the velocity of the wind to be generated by running vehicles or the velocity of the wind to be generated naturally and moreover to provide an indication device in which the removing of dust of the device and repair such as the exchanging of the storage battery are almost unnecessary and it is not needed to lay the piezoelectric elements under the ground and which can be installed at a low cost. SOLUTION: This indication device is composed of a rotating impeller 1 which rotates by receiving the velocity of the wind to be generated by running vehicles or the velocity of the wind to be generated naturally, an electricity generating part 3 which generates electricity by making a cam 5 being one of force transmitting mechanisms impart deflection stress to the piezoelectric element 6 by the rotation of the rotating impeller 1 and an indication part 4 which is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which makes a display emit light without using a commercial power, a solar battery or a battery, which almost unnecessitates the repair such as the removal of dusts of the device and the replacement of the battery, unnecessitates to embed a piezoelectric element and is installed at a low cost by enabling rotary impellers to effectively use wind force generated by a traveling vehicle or naturally generated wind force, thereby utilizing electric energy generated by imparting stress of deforming to the piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: The rotary impellers 1 rotated by receiving wind force generated by the traveling vehicle or the naturally generated wind force are respectively fitted to both of the ends of a shaft for purpose of strengthening rotation torque and improving of directivity. This device has a electric power generation part 3 for generating electric power by allowing a cam 5 being one of a force transmission mechanisms to impart deforming stress to the piezoelectric element 6 with the rotation of the two impellers 1, and a displaying part 4 connected electrically to the element 6.
