摘要： PURPOSE:To confirm the continuity of entire time division channel with less hardware by looping back a data of an outgoing highway to an input highway and conducting the test. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of droppers 6-1-6-n are connected to inputs of inserters 4-1-4-n, a pattern transmission circuit 5 is connected to an input highway 2-(n+1) and a pattern reception circuit 7 is connected to an input highway 3-(n+1) so as to loop back a data at a specific time slot on an output highway to an input highway. In this state, a path connecting the pattern transmission circuit 5 and the pattern reception circuit 7 is set by a time division channel 1. The data outputted from the pattern transmission circuit 5 is distributed to an output highway and looped back to the input highway and the continuity test from the input highway to the output highway is implemented by using the data. The data is sent to the pattern reception circuit 7 from the output highway via the input highway and the time division channel 1 and the result of test is evaluated therein.

摘要： PURPOSE:To economically constitute a time switch by providing a reference timing system to the time switch and providing a means to correct the phase difference of an input/output highway different from the reference timing system. CONSTITUTION:A timing signal generating means 16 is provided to output a timing signal to be a reference in time division exchange and a phase correcting means 12 is provided to execute the phase correction of information to be transmitted by a phase different from the timing signal. The phase correcting means 12 executes the position correction of a time slot to the information to be inputted/outputted by the highway to be the object of phase correction and afterwards sends exchange information to a control memory 24. Thus, even when the information with phase difference at the time point of input to each time switch 20 are simultaneously stored by merging these time switches 20, the amount of a hardware to execute frame synchronization required for this operation is not increased.

The facsimile server 2 specifies the menu number on the basis of request key number, and data acquired from a data server 5 on a computer network 6 are sent as facsimile data.
