摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the system-down time at a system is abnormal, by providing an automatic rise file selecting and switching mechanism, on the outside of a data processor. CONSTITUTION:A data processing system 1 is providd with a central control equipment 2 and a restart signal generating circuit 3, and also provided with a counting circuit 5 for counting a restart signal sending-out circuit from an on-line system side. Moreover, a file device 8 is provided on the data processing system 1. In this state, when a system-down is generated in the course of operation of the data processing system, other control device of a redundant constitution continues its operation automatically. In such a case, a restart signal 4 is generated by the restart signal generating circuit 3, the number of times of its generation is counted by the counting circuit 5, and by the number of times of its reception within a prescribed time, a selection of a previous day file and a security file a nd a selection of a rise condition are executed, and a file load instruction to the data processing system is executed. In this processing system 1, a designated IPL system is operated by the file device 8 and a system program is loaded.

Then the information transfer processing of the output device requesting other real time performance is implemented with priority and the monitor test information transfer processing of the output display device 15 is restarted after the end of transfer from the midway of the sequence. Thus, the reliability of the system is improved corresponding to the remote control of an exchange request the highly real time performance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten widely back-up file information by transferring the received back-up file information to another processing system, storing it at a magnetic disk in the processing system and inputting the back-up file information read from the magnetic disk to a converter by the same means as that of a magnetic tape device when the abnormality occurs. CONSTITUTION:The control order of the back-up file information for a magnetic tape control device 4 sent from an exchange side through a back-up file interface device 6 to a processing device 7 is first converted to the control order for a magnetic disk control device 8 by the processing device 7. When the control order is a reading order, the back-up file information is sent from the exchange side to the processing device 7. Then, the processing device 7 transmits the same signal as the response signal for a magnetic tape device 5 to the exchange side and stores said back-up file information to a magnetic disk 9.

The fault display parts 15 and 18 are constituted of latch circuits to latch several abnormality detecting signals and OR circuits to output the OR of those signals. Thereby, since the abnormality in a bus line is informed to the low-order device in making access even when the interface device detects it and the abnormality notice is issued from the low-order device to the processor, it is possible to make a circuit to display the failure of access from which low-order device unnecessary. Therefore, the quantity of hardware can be prevented from being increased, and also, to evade the redundancy of the abnormality notice.

If a failure is generated in the on- line system 1, the file memory 6 is switched to a backup operation file memory 5, the contents of the memory 5 are transferred to the file memory 8 to rise the on-line system 1 on the basis of the backup file.
