    • PURPOSE:To prevent flame from passing and realize easy handling by integrating foaming type fire protecting material, for which a foaming carbonized layer is created by heating, with a gasket. CONSTITUTION:As foaming type fire protecting material, one that a foaming carbonized layer is formed by heating and no disappearance occurs at a temperature in fire is used. For example, foam resin composition 2 is used which has essential components of polyurethane which is composed of the first liquid containing polyole and the second liquid containing polyisocyanate, ammonium polyphosphate, polyatomic alcohol and amine group compound. A gasket 1 is continuously molded by an extruder 91 to fill the foam resin composition 2 into a groove 10 while moving the gasket 1. This is passed through a hardening means 93 to harden the foam resin composition 2, and a fire protecting joint filler 4 is obtained fro which foaming type fire protecting material 3 as hardened material of the resin composition 2 is integrated with the gasket 1. The fire protecting joint filler 4 is cut in preset length by a cutting means 94.

    • PURPOSE:To give an interior material a moisture adjusting function so as to prevent dewing by attaching an interior material, where the surface of a base material is coated with a vegetable material for design, to a building, and then plating it with alkalescent plaster material so as to finish the surface of the interior material. CONSTITUTION:A plaster board 11 is made by sticking base paper 112 for plaster of about 210-260g/m in basis weight onto the surface of a core material 111. And the substance wherein Japanese paper, an agar powder and water are mixed at the mixture ratio of 1:1:10 is blown for design against the surface of the plaster board 11 into the thickness of about 0.5-1.0mm by a plating gun, and then it is cured for about five to six hours at ordinary temperature. Next, this is attached to the interior of a building, and then mortar material, wherein motor material powder and water are mixed at the ratio of 1-1.5:1, is blown against the surface of the plaster board 11a into the thickness of about 1-3mm, thus it is plated and the surface is finished. Hereby, even if there is no moisture function, it can be made an interior material excellent in moisture function.

    • PURPOSE:To increase working efficiency, adhesive property, durability and economical efficiency by mixing one or more kinds selected among filler, agent for providing adhesive property, viscosity controlling agent, setting modifier and coloring agent. CONSTITUTION:5-200 pts.wt. beta-type hemihydrate gypsum is mixed with 100 pts.wt. alpha-type hemihydrate gypsum base material regulated to 0-297mu particle size and 0.9-1.5 bulk specific gravity to obtain a mixed base material. Then, a compounded material is produced by compounding one or more kinds of filler such as CaCO3, any kind of agents for providing adhesive property among starch, PVA, PVAc, acrylate modified material, etc., one kind of viscosity controlling agent selected among CMC, methylcellulose, etc., one kind of setting modifier selected among citric acid, gelatin, glue, etc., coloring agent contg. iron oxide and a desired amt. of water. Then, the treating material for finishing joint is produced by kneading the compound material.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an adhesive for vibration insulator rubber having not only good adhesion and tackiness but also excellent applicability and workability, by admixing a one-pack type acrylic resin emulsion as the main component with a tackiness modifier. CONSTITUTION:A one-pack type acrylic resin emulsion as the main component is admixed with a tackiness modifier (e.g., baryta, carbon black, silica, or titanium oxide) to prepare an adhesive for vibration insulator rubber. This adhesive is excellent in workability by virtue of one-pack type and good in applicability by virtue of long pot life as compared with those of conventional adhesives. Further, it is free of solvent smell generation by virtue of emulsion type, as compared with solvent-based conventional types, and able to keep working environments in good condition. The flexibility of this adhesive after curing provides a good affinity for natural foamed rubber and a good adhesion thereto. Furthermore, the adhesive is inexpensive.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the intrusion of water into the inside of a particle board, making a protective water film on its surfaces by the curing of an adhesive exuding therefrom by coating small pieces with an amount of the adhesive sufficient for the exudation of the adhesive of the particle board at the time of compaction. CONSTITUTION:The small pieces for a surface layer pass through a tank 1, a drier 3, an air stream selector 4 and a screen 5, and fine pieces are sent to an adhesive coater 6a. The small pieces for a core are sent to an adhesive coater 6b through a screen 9 and an air stream selector 10, after they have passed a breaker 7 and a drier 8. The small pieces with larger particle-diameter sieved by the screen 9 are sent to another adhesive coater 6c. The fine pieces are coated with the adhesive by each adhesive coater 6a-6c so that the excessive adhesive exudes from the front and rear surfaces of the particle board, when compacted by a hot press 14. Said fine particles are supplied separately to forming units 12a-12h and are dispersed on a forming belt 11, and they are cut into a prescribed size. The fine particles are heated and pressurized by the hot press 14 and are made into a particle board.
