    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain an accuracy of a shape of a mouth of a container high by shaping a mouth shape of the container from an inside of a parison, and simultaneously blow molding a shape of a container body via a blowing pin. SOLUTION: A mouth 11 of the sterile container is shaped by a mold 2 and an inner mold 3, and a container body is blow molded via a blowing pin. Thus, an accuracy of the mouth shape of the container is improved. Accordingly, a container mouth diameter (r), a mouth thickness TV and a container mouth flange thickness TH are always not only averaged but also a mouth flange (a) can ensure its smoothness. To seal the thus molded container body, after the blow molding is completed, the mold 3 is drawn out, and a sealer is formed by using a parison attached to the mouth end. In the thus obtained container, the mouth shape of the container having a high dimensional accuracy is obtained, at the time of capping after a content liquid is charged, it is not necessary to obtain an excess molten state at a flange surface, but a manufacturing speed can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To have excellent sealing properties and form few pin holes by inserting a tubular flow path opening member for transfusion liquid into a parison, blow-molding the parison holding therein the flow path opening member, and forming a plurality of compartments isolatedly containing the different kinds of transfusion liquids. CONSTITUTION:A split type mold 2 is set to a parison 1 and, simultaneously, blow pins 3, 4 are inserted inside the parison 1 from both the upper and lower sides thereof. The blow pin 3 has a double cylindrical structure, and an air outlet port 6 is provided on a side face of an inner cylindrical member 5 which constitutes the interior of the double structure and which can be slidably stuck out and retracted from the blow pin 3. A flow path opening portion 7 for transfusion liquid is provided at the top end of the inner cylindrical member 5. Air is blown in through the respective air outlet ports 6, 8 of the blow pins 3, 4 to expand the parison 1 and, thereafter, the blow pins 3, 4 are withdrawn. In this case, since resin adheres to the flow path opening portion 7 in the plane, sealing properties are excellent, and liquid is not easily leaked.

A ratio of the height d1 of the recessed part of the needle pricking surface 2 to the diameter D of the needle pricking surface 2 of the stopper body 1 is 0-20%, and a ratio of the height d2 of the projecting part of the liquid contact surface 3 relative to the diameter D of the liquid contact surface 3 of the stopper body is 1-20%.
