摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing saccharification liquid of rice in high efficiency. SOLUTION: The method for the production of saccharification liquid of rice comprises the addition of water to raw rice, the heating of the rice at 115-125°C for 1-6 min, the cooling to 45-50°C, the addition of amylase, the mixing with a homogenizer for 1-10 min to effect the saccharification of the rice, and the heating of the product at ≥95°C to inactivate the enzyme. The saccharified rice syrup can be produced in a short time in high efficiency by using a tubular heat-exchanger for the heating and cooling of the rice to obtain a colorless product having excellent quality. 摘要： PURPOSE: To judge whether the concentration of residual agricultural chemicals shows at most an allowable value or not by sampling a data of infrared absorption spectrum by an ATR (attenuated total reflectance) method utilizing an infrared spectrophotometer. CONSTITUTION: An infrared light made incident into an interferometer 10 is divided by a beam splitter 14 and the divided lights are reflected by a fixed mirror 16 and moving mirror 18 respectively, then they are formed into a flux of light again and directed thereafter. An interference light outgoing from the interferometer 10 is introduced to an ATR measuring device 20 and is made incident into an ATR prism 20. The interference light enters partly a sample 26 adhered to the prism 22 and is reflected thereon. By measuring the interference light that is repeatedly reflected totally in the inside of the prism 22, an infrared absorption spectrum of agricultural chemicals remaining on the surface of the sample 26 can be obtained. The interference light from the prism 22 is received by a detector 28 and the detected signals are sent to a personal computer 40, and it classifies the items into field crop including agricultural chemical elements or not including them and discriminates them.

Meanwhile, the soln. consisting of the solute and melt is returned to the cooling means from the liq. discharge port 46 at the tower bottom.
