摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a slack at an extended part of coil winding between a coil and a wire-end locking part, in a coil-forming process for an electromagnetic relay. SOLUTION: An electromagnet of the electromagnetic relay is provided with a winding frame 20, having a coil-core part 20a containing cores and a coil 24 supported by the coil-core part 20a. A pair of coil terminals 28 have their respective wire-end locking parts 28a, arranged and fixed at an operation position extended toward a direction crossing the axis line of the coil core part 20a. Winding wire 26 has each of its wire ends 26a connected with the wire-end locking part 28a at an operation position of each coil terminal 28 and is wound up on the coil-core part 20a. The wire-end locking part 28a of each coil terminal 28, having each wire end 26a of the winding wire 26 connected to it, is displaced in an α direction within a virtual plane crossing the direction of setting of winding wire extension part 26b which extends between the coil terminal 28 and the coil 24, and arranged at an assembly finish position extended along the axis line of the coil 24.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve contact switching life by reducing tear and wear of the contact pair by suppressing the expansion of overall dimensions and the increase of electromagnetic suction force to the armature in an electromagnetic relay. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic relay 10 comprises a base 12, an electromagnet 14 incorporated in the base 12, a movable contact point 16 to be driven by the electromagnet 14 and a fixed contact point 18 arranged opposed to the movable contact point 16 capable of contacting with the movable contact point 16. The fixed contact point 18 comprises a first and second fixed contact points 42, 44 which are arranged opposed to the first and second movable contact points 34, 36 of the movable contact point 16 capable of contacting with each of them. The first fixed contact point 42 is provided at the fixed terminal member 46 which does not in substance deform by the pressing force received from the first movable contact point 34 at the contact switch on and holds its own position coping with the pressing force. The second fixed contact point 44 is provided at the fixed spring member 48 which bends elastically by the pressing force received from the second movable contact point 36 at the contact switch on and displaces elastically by the pressing force.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay of a simple structure which surely applies/cuts off a high-load voltage. SOLUTION: First and second fixed contact terminals 51 and 52 are fitted to a resin base block 10. Forked first and second movable pieces 45 and 46 are fitted on the lower side of a hanging part 43 of a spring member 40. When a coil is not excited, the first and second movable pieces are abutted on a back stop plate 11, being away from first and second fixed contact elements, and are not energized. When the coil is excited, contact elements 45a and 46a attached to the first and second movable pieces make contact with elements 51a and 52a attached to the first and second fixed contact elements, resulting in continuity between the first fixed contact terminal and the second fixed contact terminal.
