    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolytic capacitor formed with a uniform solid electrolyte layer by uniformizing a coating amount of a solution to a positive electrode body.
      SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing this solid electrolytic capacitor, in a process of forming a solid electrolyte layer formed of a conductive polymer on a surface of a positive electrode body by repeating an operation of immersing a plurality of positive electrode bodies each formed with a dielectric layer on a surface in a solution containing a material formed into a conductive polymer by being polymerized, lifting them, and polymerizing the solutions covering the surface of each positive electrode body, a tool holding a support board mounted with the plurality of positive electrode bodies by arranging them in parallel to one another to set the intervals between the adjacent positive electrode bodies at 1-8 mm in its front and back directions is used, and the immersion and lifting by vertically moving the tool are performed so that heights of the lower ends of the positive electrode bodies from a liquid level in the lifting are alternately made different by 0.01-1 mm between the adjacent positive electrode bodies.
