摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measurement device that has high measurement accuracy, suppressing an individual difference upon manufacturing.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measurement device 1 according to the present invention is provided with: a circular column first sensor holding member 31 at one end of a reference gas inflow tube 13 into which reference gas flows; and a circular column second sensor holding member 32 capable of fitted into the first sensor holding member 31, and holding a zirconia element 12. A coupling part 181 of a thermocouple 18 is held in a space 50 formed between the first sensor holding member 31 and the second sensor holding member 32. The first sensor holding member 31 and the second sensor holding member 32 have end surfaces on mutually fitting sides cut out in a V-shape, and the coupling part 181 of the thermocouple 18 is disposed in the space 50 formed by fitting a protruded part of the end surface and the cut-out part thereof into each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration-measuring device capable of preventing an individual difference in measurement accuracy of oxygen concentration in a zirconia element and suppressing occurence of variations in products as an oxygen sensor.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration-measuring device includes: a zirconia element connected to an external electrode on the side of contacting with a measuring gas as a measuring target and an internal electrode on the side of contacting with a reference gas, respectively, for generating an electromotive force according to a difference between the oxygen concentration of the measurement gas and the oxygen concentration of the reference gas; a first platinum electrode connected to the external electrode; and a second platinum electrode connected to the internal electrode. A tip part of the second platinum electrode is bent along a contact surface with the internal electrode and is formed in a shape, for example, a spiral enabling surface contact with the internal electrode.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measurement device that enables oxygen concentration of reference gas to be kept constant, and enables an accurate measurement of oxygen concentration of measurement gas.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measurement device 1 according to the present invention is provided with a gap 60 allowing reference gas flowed via an alumina tube (a reference gas inflow tube) 13 and a hole to be circulated between a first sensor holding member 31 and a second sensor holding member 32. A space between an alumina tube (a reference gas outflow tube) 20 having the alumina tube 13 inserted inside and the alumina tube 13 is used as a reference gas outflow route 61 where the reference gas outflows. The first sensor holding member 31 and the second sensor holding member 32 each have an end surface of a mutually fitting side cut out in a V-shape, and by fitting a protruded part of the end surface and a cut-out part thereof into each other, the gap 60 is formed.
