The suspended body 10 is inclined at an angle corresponding to the suspending hole 8 to use and held at the inclination by mounting the wire 17 in the specified suspending hole 8 of the suspending part 6, mounting this wire 17 on a hook 15 of a crane and suspending the suspended body 10 through the wire 17 by operating the crane.
