摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a packaging method capable of keeping quality, performing hot filling, molding and packaging of a product such as processed cheese showing fluidity under a heated condition and solidified by cooling. SOLUTION: This process is applied with a soft packaging bag formed into a bag with a packaging material composed of a film substrate showing a heat sealing characteristic and a paper carton having either one or a plurality of air bleeding holes for use in discharging air in the box. Viscous material kept under heated and molten state is filled in the soft packaging bag and sealed. The soft packaging bag after sealing operation is inserted into the paper carton and the soft packaging bag is closely contacted along an inner shape of the paper carton to be formed into a box-shape. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a container and the container which is made of a law material of a single-faced corrugated board sheet that is cut precisely along a cut mark and is provided with ruled lines for folding the corrugated board sheet at specific positions. SOLUTION: The container comprises a square bottom face 1 which is formed by folding a sheet of the single-faced corrugated board sheet demarcated by the ruled lines, trapezoidal side faces 2 which stand on the four sides of the bottom face 1, flaps 3 which are connected to the side faces 2, respectively, and side face overlapping pieces which connect adjacent side faces, respectively. The four corners of the container are glued together. The single-faced micro-flute corrugated board sheet is used as a law material for the container, the corrugated board sheet having respective lines demarcating the bottom face 1 that are so formed as to cross single facer paste lines at an angle of 45°. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply direct printing to a microflute single-faced corrugated cardboard of which the height of a corrugation among molded corrugations is 1 mm or below and smoothly supplying and transferring a sheet on a printing machine while preventing registering shift at multicolor printing.
SOLUTION: Liner raw paper is pasted on one side of corrugated core raw paper and the sheet obtained after pasting is cut to form the single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet with a corrugation height of 1.0 mm or below and the number of corrugations per 30 cm of 90 or above. An appropriate pressure means is used prior to printing the whole surface of the single-faced corrugated cardboard to pass, for example, the single-faced corrugated cardboard sheet through the gap between two upper and lower pressure rolls 10a, 10b to compress the sheet in its thickness direction.
