摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain recycled paper that solves problems of reduction in paper strength and paper dust emission of recycled paper using regenerated pulp and is repeatedly used in spite of having excellent properties such as water absorption resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The recycled paper has an alkali decomposable biodegradable resin layer on the surface of recycled paper containing regenerated pulp. The recycled paper has preferably ≥10 wt.% regenerated pulp content in the whole pulp and preferably 5-100 g/m 2 basis weight of a biodegradable resin layer composed of an alkali decomposable biodegradable resin.
