    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersion type blocked isocyanate composition which is excellent in emulsion stability and storage stability and can provide a polyurethane resin excellent in water resistance, appearance and transparency, and to provide a polyurethane resin obtained by using the water-dispersion type blocked isocyanate composition.SOLUTION: The water-dispersion type blocked isocyanate composition contains: a blocked isocyanate having isocyanate groups blocked by a blocking agent; and a dispersant, wherein the dispersant does not contain a protective colloid agent and contains an aromatic nonion surface active agent which has a hydroxy group on a molecular terminal and has an HLB of 16 or more. Further, the polyurethane resin is obtained by allowing an isocyanate component comprising the water-dispersion type blocked isocyanate composition to react with a polyol component.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic resin capable of reducing liberation of VOC components in film-forming and drying stages, having excellent moisture-permeable water-proofing property and mechanical properties and giving a soft texture, and a film produced from the hydrophilic resin.
      SOLUTION: The hydrophilic resin is produced by preparing a first aqueous polyurethane resin by at least reacting a first polyisocyanate containing ≥50 wt.% of a polyisocyanate free from multiple number of rings with a first macropolyol comprising a hydrophilic macropolyol containing a polyoxyethylene polyol, an active compound containing a polyoxyethylene side chain and a first chain extender containing a polyamine, preparing a second aqueous polyurethane resin by at least reacting a second polyisocyanate with a second macropolyol containing a hydrophobic macropolyol and a second chain extender containing a polyamine and/or monoamine having a hydroxyl group, and compounding the first aqueous polyurethane resin with the second aqueous polyurethane resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin in which the isolation of a VOC component when film forming drying can be reduced, which is excellent in mechanical physicality, can obtain flexible touch, and can obtain a film which combines outstanding moisture permeability and water resistance, to provide a hydrophilic resin which includes the aqueous polyurethane resin (first aqueous resin) and a second aqueous resin, and to provide a film obtained from the hydrophilic resin.
      SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin, in which the viscosity in a water dispersion liquid of 30 wt.% of a solid content concentration is at least 5,000 mPa s, is obtained by the reaction of: a polyisocyanate which contains at least 50 wt.% of a two or more rings non-containing polyisocyanate which does not contain an aromatic ring and an aliphatic ring or contains one aromatic ring or one aliphatic ring; a polyoxyethylene polyol; and an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer which is obtained by the reaction of an active compound containing a polyoxyethylene side chain which has at least two hydroxy groups or isocyanate groups at the molecule terminal and has a polyoxyethylene group at the side chain; and a chain extender containing a polyamine.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin giving a film having both excellent moisture permeability and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties and flexible texture; a hydrophilic resin including the aqueous polyurethane resin (a first aqueous resin) and a second aqueous resin; and a film obtained from the hydrophilic resin.SOLUTION: This aqueous polyurethane resin is obtained by: producing an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer by reacting a polyisocyanate, containing 50 mass% or more polyisocyanate free of multiple rings (i.e. containing no aromatic ring nor alicyclic ring; or containing either one aromatic ring or one alicyclic ring), polyoxyethylene polyol, and a polyoxyethylene branch-containing active compound having two or more hydroxy and/or isocyanate groups on the molecular terminals and a polyoxyethylene group on the branch; reacting the isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer with a water-containing chain extender to obtain the aqueous polyurethane resin in which 60 mol% or more of the isocyanate group in the isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer is chain-extended with water.
