摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a chemical for stabilizing soil quality containing particulate slag, particulate cement, sodium silicate and water to improve penetrability, to prevent bleeding at hardening and to improve uniformity of a hardened body. SOLUTION: The chemical for stabilizing the soil quality is regulated as follows. Both Blaine values of the particulate slag and the particulate cement are ≥9,000 cm 2 /g and ≤15,000 cm 2 /g, and the molar ratio of SiO 2 /Na 2 O in the sodium silicate is ≥3.0 and ≤3.8. The amount of the formulated particulate cement based on 100 pts.mass of the particulate slag is ≥2 pts.mass and ≤7 pts.mass, and the amount of the formulated sodium silicate based on 100 pts.mass of the total of the particulate slag and the particulate cement is ≥12 pts.mass and ≤36 pts.mass. SOLUTION: The ground hardening material which comprises at least cement and water has a viscosity of ≤100 mPa s and a dissipative time of foam of ≤1 min. The construction method with which a hardened ground layer is created by inserting the injection head 1 into the objective ground and injecting the material into the ground from the injection head 1 with pressurized air in a way that the air surrounds the material uses a ground hardening material consisting at least of water and cement and having a viscosity of ≤100 mPa s and a dissipative time of foam of ≤1 min.
