    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a clinker material using only existing cement production equipment without the deposition of fibrous materials on a discharge wire of an electrostatic dust collector and the dusting from a smoke stack for the electrostatic dust collector. SOLUTION: A fibrous waste material containing a pulp fiber is directly charged into a raw material mill 14 using a different route from that for clay dried by a clay dryer 12 and discharged. As a result, the deposition of the pulp fiber on the discharge wire of the electrostatic dust collector 18 is eliminated using only the existing cement production equipment 10. Then, the dusting from the smoke stack 20 for the electrostatic dust collector 18 does not occur. The cost of the cement producing equipment 10 is reduced because of these effects.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently stir the whole slurry and to prevent large solid substances from moving to a slurry pump.
      SOLUTION: A slurry tank comprises a tank body 81 having a bottom surface 81b conically reduced in diameter as coming downward and a discharge port 81c at the lowermost end of the bottom surface 81b for discharging the slurry S to the slurry pump 18 side, a central part gas ejection pipe 82 inserted from upward into the tank body 81 and having an opening 82c facing downward at the lower end provided in the vicinity of the discharge port 81c, and a mesh (filter) 83 provided to cover between the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the pipe 82 and the bottom surface 81b with the opening 82c in the pipe 82 provided downward for preventing the large solid substances X from moving downward.
