    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce warping (bending) in the length direction of two plate-shaped members sandwiching a heat transfer pipe row due to a difference of heat elongation and prevent warping (bending) of the heat transfer pipe row. SOLUTION: A pipe regulating hardware has the two long plate-shaped members 11, including a plurality of notches 12 along the longitudinal direction, on one side in the width direction. The distance between the two straight line parts 13 along the longitudinal axial line of the plate-shaped member 11 and the diameter of the semicircular part 14 are set larger than the diameter of a heat transfer pipe stored in the notch 12. Tongue pieces 18 are provided between the adjacent notches 12 and between the notches 12 positioned at both ends in the length direction of the plate-shaped member 11 and both side faces 17 in the longitudinal direction of the plate-shaped member 11, respectively.
