摘要： PURPOSE:To pull out a sleeve to be repaired in a short time and simply by remote control by fixing an apparatus body to a tube plate portion, connecting a pull-out tool to the sleeve to be repaired, and pulling out the sleeve by elevating driving means. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve removing apparatus is positioned below a tube plate K where a sleeve S to be repaired is inserted by operating means such as a robot or the like, and an apparatus body 12 is fixed. Secondly, an extractor 13 is lifted up and the forward screw blade portion 13a is inserted in a heat exchanger tube P' to be brought into contact with the lower end of a sleeve S to be repaired. Then, the screw blade portion 13a is screwed in the sleeve and screw-advanced to be connected in a body. Subsequently, a piston 31 is lowered to pull out the sleeve S about one-third from the heat exchanger tube P', and the grasping position of chuck claws 28 is moved to again pull out the sleeve. Thus, in the similar procedure, the sleeve S to be repaired is pulled out to complete the work for removing the sleeve S. Accordingly, the sleeve S to be repaired can be pulled out in a short time and simply by remote control.

A moving table 37 is raised through a ball screw device 48, and a cutter 16 is inserted in the fine tube 1. Simultaneously, a motor 33 for cutting is run, and the cutter 16 is rotated through gears 54 and 50, a spline shaft 49, a ball spline device 51, gears 52 and 53, and a cutter shaft 39 to cut a plug 3 for removal.

In advance, a laser beam irradiation hole 38 and a welding place 35 are positioned via a position detector 13 and the air bag 19 is actuated by compressed air to fix the intermediate cylinder 20 on the pipe 11. The rotary cylinder 26 is rotated and the laser beam 18 is projected to perform the circumferential seal welding of the pipe 11. The welding positioning is facilitated and the repairing efficiency of the working pipe 11 is improved.
