    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an effective initial fire extinguishment with a limited water loss by injecting the optimum atomized water from a dual fluid nozzle to match various liquid supply sources and gas supply sources.
      SOLUTION: The system comprises a compressor or a cylinder (high pressure gas supply source) 2, a pump (liquid supply source) 4 which sucks up extinguishing water from a water storage tank 3, a dual fluid nozzle 7 made to communicate with the compressor 2 and the pump 4 respectively through an air feed pipe 5 and a liquid feed pipe 6 having a dual fluid one-piece type hose 11, a gas flowrate adjustor (flowrate adjustor) 8 provided on the upstream side of the liquid feed pipe 5, a liquid flowrate adjustor (flowrate adjustor) 9 provided on the liquid feed pipe 6 and a dual fluid simultaneous open/close valve 10 disposed separately on the downstream side of the air feed pipe 5 and the liquid feed pipe 6. Compressed air from the compressor 2 and water (liquid) from the pump 4 being adjusted in flow with the gas and liquid flowrate adjustors 8 and 9 are mixed with the dual fluid nozzle 7 and the optimized atomized water is injected to flames to extinguish fire.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a dust remover by providing each branch pipe which directly communicates with the upstream side of a filter in each chamber of the dust removed, further providing an exhaust pipe for guiding an exhaust gas for regenerating the filter which is discharged from an exhaust gas source, through each branch pipe, and installing heating means on the exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: In addition to an exhaust pipe 103 through which an exhaust gas for removing dust is flowed, an exhaust pipe 104 for flowing an exhaust gas for regenerating a filter is provided. Further, branch pipes 104a-104e which communicate with the farthest downstream part of the exhaust pipe 104 are allowed to communicate respectively with chambers 3a-3e through valves 105a-105e on the upstream side of the filter 5. Besides, a fan 105 for compressing the exhaust gas in order to secure the flow rate of the exhaust gas during regeneration and a heating device 107 for heating the exhaust gas to secure the temperature of the exhaust gas during regeneration, are interposed halfway through the exhaust pipe 104. Thus, the dust remover 1 need not be equipped with a heating means, and as such, the configuration of the dust remover is simplified, so that the cost of the whole system can be reduced.
